Worst place I’ve ever been in

Clean room and very spacious. However the laundry room was out of service and didn't look like the gym was available either. The free breakfast wasn't really anything much but the bar itself could hold a whole buffet but they had a big skid of boxes right in the way. They are friendly but don't seem to really do business outside of websites like Expedia, hotels.com, etc. So for a deal on rates through them.... forget it

I DO NOT recommend booking here ever. The first floor *looked* mostly clean, until you started to actually open things up. Old food left in cabinets, dead bugs everywhere, filthy sheets and towels. Then the rest of the floors were not any better. The smell on the entire third floor was a mix of old, stale cigarette smoke and something dead. There were more dead bugs everywhere, floors that had never been cleaned, vomit in one of the rooms our group first went to, dirty towels. The smoke detectors were pulled off the wall. We checked out immediately and the person at the desk wasn't even surprised, so they know they are not cleaning this place.

If they’re not renovating, my room was kind of a gross mess.

Stayed here while my lights were out and could barely last one night. Hotel room was dirty from the floors to the walls to the bathtub. Even the remote control was filthy, clearly not wiped down. TV didn’t work. I went out to get breakfast because I refused to eat whatever they served and came back to strange individuals sitting in the lobby area and noticed pee on the ground right before the elevator. I immediately requested money back for my stay, was told the manager couldn’t approve it until the next morning. I heard nothing from Expedia or the manager saying that my stay had been refunded. I tried to get back into my room later that evening and was locked out. Apparently they’d ended my stay but told no one, me or Expedia, and that left me with nowhere to go for the night. 0/10.
