I love the opulence of this hotel. The lobby was clean and beautiful. I was a little disappointed in the basicness of the room though especially for the cost. But overall I like it
-
Everything took a very long time.

You could have stayed there and never left. Everything was wonderful.
-
It was good. Expected a little more for the price.
-
Very nice environment, maybe a little congested. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner were OK. The staff was nice, some couldn't speak English when asked questions. overall three stars, thanks
-
fitness was closed, spa had no availability, many restaurants were closed so overall horrible experience

The resort is absolutely breathtaking, from the moment you walk in, you are immersed into a beautiful forest of splendor. I stayed in cascade part of the hotel and I did not want to touch anything in the shower. The moment you pushed back the curtain there was

Regresaré tantas veces pueda . Ambiente muy relajante y natural . Mi única sugerencia sería qué en las noches tuviera un cabaret con espectáculos variados .

I paid for a conservatory room, which was just shy of $2000 for our three-night stay - this was a splurge for us, but it was a bucket list concert, my birthday, and almost hers, so we thought it was worth it. We ended up shoved into a 6th floor corner room, which had almost no view, no balcony into the conservatory, and seemed like a room we would have gotten at a Holiday Inn for a fraction of the price. I did say we were unhappy on our check-in survey, but was never contacted to resolve it. The time flew by, and I continued to have a lingering feeling of disappointment, so I told a manager at check-out. She insisted that even though the hotel room listing shows a balcony, they are not guaranteed. She offered me $100 off my room (wow, right?!) because I hadn't said anything before that. When I said I completed the survey the first day, she offered to take $200 off. I still haven't seen that refund. This hotel is past it's prime but charges rates like it is brand new. They use a bait and switch tactic to entice guests to book premium rooms and then give them alternate ones and don't make good on it when they are called out. I looked forward to this for so long and was completely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.

There is alot of walking and is not easy to navigate using a wheelchair (unless a powerchair is used) due to the inclines and narrow ramps. The directional signs blend in with plants. It would be nice if they added color to the different entrances (instead of just having the map color coded) to make it easier for people who don't see the signs to navigate. There were alot people getting lost and asking others for directions. Otherwise, the place is really beautiful and staff is friendly. We had a good time overall. My mother loved it.

Great place.

This was a truly unique place. Feeling the outdoors environment while indoors at a wonderful temperature was simply amazing and the restaurants were all unique and great. I will definitely be going back

Beautiful grounds and lobbies. Our room was way too far from pool and restaurants. At first hard to navigate map but got used to it. The front desk should have told us that the distance was very far. The restaurants were great but pricy! A perfect hotel for families. There’s an arcade, water park on premises and indoor and outdoor pool.i would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Nashville. Walking distance to opry mall and Grand ole Opry.

Would have been nice to know about the gym not being open ( well they had a temporary out in the rain) things close to early.
-
Our package contained a room that was at the farthest section of the hotel, and it would have been nice if we were asked for an upgrade or perhaps a room with the garden view and terrace.
-
Great place to stay but pool is lacking… the pictures of the pools shown are soundwave and cost 55$ per person in addition to room cost…if i had known that i would not have spent the $ i did on the room… and picked a different hotel
