I found a dirty sock rolled on the corner of the floor by the balcony. Restaurants close at 8-9pm despite Google says 10-11pm so we were only able to eat pizza instead of the steak house. For the price of rooms parking no included

I felt like I had to pay to ride the elevator. Every time I wanted to do something there was an additional charge. I took my kids to the swim area and it cost $374.00 for my two grandkids to swim and for the two adults to watch. What a ripoff.

Great stay was first time visiting do we missed some of the attractions that happened. Maybe suggest having a better way of making sure the guest knows the attractions they are having while they are staying.
-
Staff was very helpful. I went for a conference and as a large property was easy to miss a turn. Staff was very helpful in getting you on the right track of where you needed to go.

Check in was a nightmare, they had messed up my reservation and give my room to someone else so it took 45 minutes to get checked in. Asked for clean towels the first there and never received them. Don’t get me wrong a beautiful and clean place. Just had a terrible experience.
-
Your paying for the experience being there nothing else. The beds slept horribly, and everything is super expensive. Just walk through if you’re interested and stay somewhere else

Very nice property and nice staff. Plenty to do on site. I never left but to go to the outlet mall.
-
The hotel is beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the air conditioning in our room was not very strong, and everything inside the hotel was quite expensive, especially the food and drinks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but those are things that could be improved.

Best experience ever!

This hotel is a destination in itself. Beautiful grounds, walking paths, streams, and water features all in climate controlled greenhouses.

Clean rooms and great atmosphere
-
Hotel was clean the bed and the gardens were part of my favorite experience.
-
For this price point, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, especially the bathroom. Tub was gross looking. Mold around tub and ceiling. Rug was damaged--large snags. Furniture looked banged and beat up. Overall dusty. The 30 property fee for 2 bottles of water and teams to nowhere no one wants to go is ridiculous.
-
Everything was excellent. I think they should add about 2-4 washing machine and dryers, per floor. I stayed 6 days and a W/D would have been wonderful!
-
The resort was amazing, I would suggest having cheaper food options for people attending conferences. Alot of folks are on Per Diem and can only spend so much.
