Good rooms, views of Brooklyn bridge,.friendly helpful staff, hotel bar Room we booked wasn't available on first night (had to use a king rather than a double double for one night).

Great location in lower Manhattan. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained and near good restaurants and pubs. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Great staff and location.

We had an incredible stay.. special shout out to Chris, who met us when we arrived, help us unload our luggage…showed us to our room and gave us plenty of great recommendations in the area….was warm friendly and such a pleasure to be around….he made sure we had whatever we needed. Kyle behind the front desk was warm and friendly and always helpful.. breakfast was delicious and our waiter.. ( who was born and raised in the Bronx) was attentive and friendly… we will definitely be returning!!!

Better amenities for the bathroom. Great staff on the check-out. JR was amazing. -- room comf=ort and design was great.

Location, and room size Restaurant and breakfast needs a lot of work

Exercise room is tiny, and not ventilated. Tried to work out and it was 90 degrees: restaurant took an hour to get food and we ordered the very simple breakfast. Room was so noisy near the elevator and room was ok for the price.

The hotel is very nice. We had a 1-bedroom suite, which was lovely, and we were lucky enough to have a large rooftop area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in New York and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, yet only a short walk away from many attractions and with convenient access to the subway. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making the stay all the more pleasant. I was particularly impressed by the size of the rooms, which were very spacious by New York standards. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. My only complaint would be the price, but that is typical for any property in Manhattan

The staff is terrific and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The food and coffee are not as good as I would hope.

The location was lovely and the room was both modern and comfortable. What I was most impressed by was the staff. They were incredibly kind, charming and helpful during my trip. Giving me tips and recommendations on where to go to eat/activities. If you are there ask for Kyle or Chris, they will look after you!

We had a wonderful stay at 33 Hotel! We stayed in the Brooklyn Bridge Premier King Terrace and absolutely loved the view of the bridge and private terrace. The location was perfect for us. Quiet and charming, but still within walking distance of so much. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

When I pulled down my bed covers it revealed a stained sheet. I notified the front desk staff and the answer was we'll let housekeeping know. I liked the location, but that sort of ruined overall vibe.

The facilities and staff were top-notch.

Clean room and friendly staff. Was upgraded to a nice suite with a view of the bridge as part of Expedia VIP which also came with free breakfast and a drink credit. Would stay here again. Had a nice stay for business.
