Excelente ubicación y todo súper práctico y suficiente para una estadia. No es lujoso, pero todo al punto perfecto para estar satisfechos y disfrutar la estadia.

Excellent

The hotel is very well situated in the UWS and you will definetly feel like a local. Great value and well maintained. Service from doormen and front desk is excellent. Don't expect high luxury hotel but for the price it is a steal! The hotel is well maintatned but I have to warn you..the toilets are VERY small, the internet has spoty service. Breakfast is just filtered coffee and a pastry.

Location is great! I know there are different rooms, but my window was SO small that I felt kind of locked. The water filter did not work and the coffee offered was kind of bad for the stablishment.. the furniture under the TV smelled bad too..

Perfect location near subway and Central Park, good spacious room, fabulous lobby bar (bar staff were exceptional) Cleaning crew were quite noisy in the morning. We were woken several mornings with banging and vacuuming. Some days they didn't come at all, and we had to ask reception to send cleaners for fresh towels.

Location good Did not offered plug adapptors. Its a 4 star hotel that receives people from all over the world and did not have the most basic item hahaha nor IRON. I missed this support from the front desk. Also, furniture under the TV smelled bad.. coffee in the room not good for the hotel pricing and water filter of my floor was not working all time.

The property was ideally located for us with excellent transport links to get around Manhattan. It had everything you need either in house or right on the doorstep. Room was clean, comfortable, and staff were exceedingly friendly and gracious. Nothing

location, staff, and overall look of the hotel ! Rooms despite being not too big were comfortable the breakfast, despite it was sold as breakfast, was not a breakfast but only a free coffee and a pastry or empty bael. Quite disappointing as we had booked it for the location but also because it offered breakfast which is not clearly specified as a simple coffe and a pastry. therefore we ended up paying forthe hotel breakfast and having also one in a diner close to the hotel The rooms are OK but there is not much of a view

We had stayed this place last weekend for the first time as it was for a very special occasion. We initially booked for a Broadway view deluxe king room to only find out upon check-in, they had graciously upgraded our room to a junior room suite. It was a definite surprise, of which we were super grateful. The upgraded room was on the 15th floor and had a partition room with a separate tv and couch. It also had a small little balcony. The room itself was immaculate and they had given us two free drinks voucher of which we redeemed that very evening with bartenders who were absolutely attentive and kind. Our reservation also came with free breakfast which consisted of a warm drink along with a pastry. Given my wife has gluten allergy, there were no pastries that she can consume so they offered her instead a more expensive warm beverage selection which I believe she ordered a matcha latte. Customer service throughout was top notch and the person that checked us in, Wayner, was super kind and you can tell he has great people skills. I had asked for a later check out the following day (typically 11am) and Wayner without hesitation told us we can check out at noon. For the room interior, I love how the TVs offered casting feature so you can actually project what you are playing on your phone right onto the tv. The towels offered in the room are super plushy soft instead of those cheap, over-used towels. I loved how this place has a very good bar/morning breakfast scene

Everything was clean and comfortable

I will first write down the good aspects of the hotel, and then the things we liked less: For first-time visitors to New York, the area where the hotel is located is generally within walking distance of places like Times Square, Broadway, etc. It is close to the subway, and there are plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel's breakfast isn't just American-style; they also have the hot breakfast that Europeans are accustomed to. It was sufficient for us. Their coffee is delicious. You always have the ability to make coffee in the rooms. On the floors, there are water and ice dispensers, as well as bags where you can always grab coffee and cups. We really loved this. The gym is quite nice. Compared to other hotels, there are no long lines for the elevators; you wait 2-3 minutes at most. The rooms have an iron and an ironing board. The air conditioning cools well. The rooms are very small; a family of 4 barely fits. There is no such thing as a view. You just see the walls of the opposite buildings from everywhere. The closets are inadequate. The air conditioning makes so much noise that we turned it off most of the time. The walls are very thin and let a lot of noise through. Unfortunately, every movement of the elevator can be heard from the room. The breakfast hall is usually crowded and there is a line. You constantly need to be on alert to find a table. As something that will surprise guests coming from Europe, the plates and cups are made of paper, not porcelain. The staff consists of young guys, and unfortunately, they make young girls uncomfortable with their staring. I had to warn one of them.

The location is great but the team are what make the stay so wonderful. We will definitely stay here every time we are in NYC.
