Location fantastic - near so many good cafes and restaurants, between two parks, felt very safe and nearest to an express stop for subway Don’t love carpet in rooms.

Fantastic location, many good restaurants nearby and yet very quiet. Very friendly staff, especially Luc who recommended good restaurants and high line park to us! And Catherine, who helped us with Fedex arrangements. It’s a bit old. Bathroom a bit small.

Friendly staff, great location, nice room (actually, 2 rooms in one apart). Quite comfortable laundry self-service (that was important for us as we had been travelling for a while before staying in Beacon Hotel). Really good place nearby for breakfast! There was some renovation work at the hotel. which slightly affected the overall atmosphere

Great hotel and location. We came for the wiggles concert and it was right outside our door. Rooms are so quiet. I was worried right across from the elevator but I heard nothing ! Staff is ultra friendly. You can tell they care a lot about the hotel and appearance. The bed was a little soft for me but that’s a preference thing.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Upon learning of a change in our party's composition, the front desk was able to change our room to accommodate us. We love the location: easy access to subway to get anywhere; markets, store and great restaurants within easy walking distance; Central Park close by. Nothing

This place was seriously amazing! For the prince, right in Manhattan, we were incredibly impressed. Just a short walk to Central Park, right by lots of places to eat and get groceries, pretty close to bus stops. We are very happy we picked this place to stay!

Staff was helpful because 3rd party tried charging my card earlier than agreed and cancelled my original reservation. Staff immediately called supervisor and was able to find similar room luckily.
