Loved the location and pleasant, helpful staff. The comfortable Room was well layed out and appointed. I particularly like that the hotel arranged a well priced comfort car for me to go to Newark airport.

the neighborhood itself is just perfect. it isn't crazy busy new york but you're just one subway stop from times square. and I went jogging in central park every day, it's just a few blocks away. and there are a ton of restaurants and places to get desserts and drinks and I could take my kid and wife for walks and not feel hounded by people selling stuff everywhere or the intense city energy. it's an awesome neighborhood. I can't wait to go back to NYC and the Beacon

The location was great for visiting museums. The room was clean. We wished that streaming was available on the tv. They had on demand, but it would have been nice to have Netflix.

The location is fantastic. Love the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes. If you're there with family or for an extended stay, you can hop across the street to Fairway and get provisions to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The lighting in the rooms is a bit dim.

The property is pretty beat up. The bathrooms are small no exhaust and that’s an issue. For the same amount of money we stayed at Hotel Wallace next week and much nicer property.
