Great property, I really enjoyed our stay. The area was really nice and close to a lot of places I needed to go, so was very convenient.

We absolutely love this hotel. It is such a gem on the upper west side! Wonderful staff, super comfortable beds, clean and chic! Depending on when you book it is usually a really great value! I highly recommend and that’s coming from a former New Yorker. :-)

Everything about the Wallace is outstanding! The location, the staff, and the room are exceptional. You will not be disappointed staying here. Chill Upper West Side vibe, super chic hotel. Also, has a cool jazz bar and incredible live artists on Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights.

Always love staying at the Wallace, clean quiet rooms, wonderful area for restaurants and easy transportation. Staff is great, friendly and helpful.

The Wallace has become my go to hotel in NYC. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. However, there are enough good restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is awesome. They allowed me to check in early when my flight arrived early. I went out for breakfast while waiting and they called me on my cell phone at 11:00 to tell me that my upgraded room was ready. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. I will definitely be back.

One of the very best boutique hotels in NYC. Perfectly located and close to so much on the upper west side. Be aware: just because you spend several hundred dollars at the hotel doesn’t mean you can automatically enjoy a seat in the bar. Make a reservation earlier in the day or you’ll be standing around with a drink.

The rooms are amazing and clean!! No breakfast options and the location is not the best.
