Location was excellent. Just one block from Red Line Subway (1). Also just blocks from Central Park and many restaurants. Lobby was well kept and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were always well maintained and fitness center on second floor was also very nice and clean.

Decent room, but soundproofing could've been better. Restaurant in the hotel itself with a small discount is an advantage. Upper West Side is a great location and family-friendly, leafy area, a rarity in Manhattan.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. No microwave or mini fridge in our room. Would have been nice to have some toiletries provided.

Location is great, beautiful staff that are always willing to help. Return visit for my brother and I … this is our NYC hotel. Air conditioning wasn’t working for 1 day/night … no compensation offered which was disappointing :(

We like the location, it's close to the subway so it's easy to travel around the city.

Wife and I had a lovely time here. Service was always prompt and accommodating, and everything was in great condition. We stayed a week and never felt like we were missing home. Very close to Central Park as well!

Location The noise levels in the room were so high that we didn’t sleep for our whole stay. The service lifts were out of order so they used the 2 passenger lifts for food and water and they smelled very bad after waiting for ages to get them….

The hotel and staff were great. It was very convenient to have the restaurant attached to the hotel. We went for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both very much.

Great location. Parking structure across the street if you have a vehicle. Rooms are quiet and very clean. Linens and beds are very nice. Will definitely stay again when we return to NYC.

Bed was comfortable. Front desk were friendly. I wish the rooms were soundproofed as I could conversation and coughing. Also, the clock radio has an iPhone/iPod dock from 15 years go. It is time for an upgrade on that. Thank about installing USB charging ports into the rooms. I have a portable charging station, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but other clients may not have noticed luxury.

Very good location, close to tube station, nice representative building. Bathroom had window which is very convenient. Nice furniture. AC very noisy, bathroom-small, humid, coffee machine-poorly functioning, room small for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 kids), no fridge, noise from the street, slow elevators. Worst of all - pillows that smelled very badly.
