Very nice staff and clean environment. Good location close to the subway The room was tiny and only one side of the bed was accessible. I have stayed in New York multiple times, and I would say that the room was overpriced compared to other places I have stayed at for the same price.

The room was good and the staff. The location was good as well. The cleanness and the service I made the reservation for 3 person, 2 adults and 1 child, they didn't have a bed for my son and he had to sleep on the floor. This is unacceptable

The hotel was a perfect location for my needs. The property had clearly been updated recently and was lovely. The room was small, but exceptionally clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Front deck personnel was very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to future stays. Nothing. Hotel was impeccably clean, staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location in the Upper West Side was ideal and close to multiple transit options. It was a very small room, but we weren't in NYC to spend time in the hotel, and the lobby was nicely designed and quite suitable for doing work or if we wanted someone to meet us at the hotel.
