Great location. Lovely modern hotel, great staff, loved the drinks making facilities in the lobby. I would definitely return. Room was compact. We had 2 large cases that took a lot of space.

It was a very comfortable property and the staff were so helpful and friendly especially as we asked to check in well before the check in time and they were more than willing to accommodate! The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice view of the upper west side of New York and the area was local to access by foot but also not too loud. A very comfortable place to stay for the money! The only thing I would add is a trash can to the bathroom for sanitary reasons.

The location was great. Upper west side right by Riverside drive. Two blocks from Zabars. Noontime checkout was nice; I didn't feel rushed. Nice shower. The room was tiny. I had to clamber over the bed to plug in equipment. The elevator was also tiny, which was a modest problem when sharing with other guests. That only happened once. The bathroom had a bright, automatic light which I was unable to turn off. So a late night bathroom visit meant shielding my eyes.

Very clean, very quiet Table/desk was too tiny

Very clean and modern hotel lobby and rooms. The studio is quite small, so pay attention to size dimensions before booking.

Easy access to subway, clean room, not huge but enough. Great kind staff Not too much, it was slightly expensive!
-
convenience, view it would be nice to have a small fridge, but not necessary.
-
Very clean Queen beds are against one wall so it is impossible for person sleeping against the wall to get out of bed without waking the other person.

It was very good value for the money in an excellent location. The rooms were very, very, very small.

Lovely clean modern rooms . Great views. Very helpful staff. Perfect location Lobby a bit plain though the building is gorgeous

The location was great, close to transport and quiet area The ac did not work and needed to frequently be reset, room was constantly over 75 degrees with thermostat set at 70, with room being 100sqft it should of cooled easily. When first getting into our room there was candy under bed and sink. Not huge deal to clean up but still something we had to take care of ourself.

This small hotel was a gem in the upper west side. The rooms although small, were clean and modern and the hotel is conveniently located to all the best places in the UWS including central park and the hudson river.
