Unsafe and unsanitary

The water was either scolding hot or very cold. We were in 3 different rooms in 4 days. The maintenance department lied to us constantly and left us hanging. The king room was cool, but the 2 bed room was a huge issue.

El microondas no funcionaba, la maquina de jugos para el desayuno tampoco funcionaba, la limpieza a la habitación por más que la solicites no la hacen, no tenian variedad para desayuno, el baño super pequeño, sensor de la luz de la habitación dañado (se encendia la luz mientras dormia), se notificó al personal y no hicieron nada al respecto. El personal de recepción pesimo servicio, no lo recomiendo ni volvería al lugar. La única puntuación a favor que puedo mencionar es su ubicación cerca del Central Park, muy factible para quienes quieren estar cerca de esa área.

El personal de recepción está muy pendiente a conversaciones y opina a cosas (no tenemos privacidad) Luz de la habitación dañada se prende aunque estés durmiendo y aunque notifiques a personal no van.

I do not recommend this hotel. Once you get there they charged for an “amenity fee” I was not expecting that and was not disclosed in my booking. Look somewhere else

Didn’t expect an extra charge when I arrived and the room smelled horrible and consisted of a box spring and mattress no bed frame

The staff was helpful. Room was clean but small. Great location.

Tiny tiny tiny tiny rooms!!!!!

Our room was barely big enough to fit our bed. Our bed was stained and the bathroom was not clean. It looked as if there was black mold growing on the tub and wall. The staff (at times) was very helpful minus when we attempted to call the front desk to get assistance. No one ever answered the phone.

Staff was okay, everything else was completely unsatisfactory. The so-called breakfast bar has a sign up that the juicer and the toaster are broken, but it looks like the sign's been up there for at least a year. They have a beautiful selection of cereal but they don't serve milk. The place is just overall dirty.

The front desk staff kindly put me into one of the few upgraded rooms. This hotel is undergoing much needed renovation, so hopefully next time will be better. Carpets are dirty, breakfast room is unattractive and the elevator is very slow. The lobby upgrades are good,

If you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to stay in NYC, this place will do. Other than that I would not recommend it mainly based on the cleanliness and the elevator. Neighborhood is pleasant however.

The website says $50 per accommodation for pets.

The staff was very nice and helpful but we probably would not stay here again.

L’hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation. Pour le déjeuner, pas grand choses. Pas de jus, pas de grilles pain et seulement des oranges comme fruits

the breakfast was great to just have something in your system before going out. im afraid i dont remember the girl’s name but one of the ladies at the front desk was super nice and super helpful and helped suggest some places my boyfriend and i could go try. the rooms were nice and cold just how i like it but the bathroom didn’t have a fan. we had a full bed room. our view was nice though!

This is another state at this hotel that I felt well received, seen and felt safe if I have any criticism is the bathrooms are small but for the price, the neighborhood, the staff particularly Jennifer who checked me in this is a good to excellent choice for a day. I had a king bed executive room that gave me enough space for my stay.

Terrible

Location is great and staff is nice. The room door wouldn't close all the way. There was no working lock or latch to secure it from the inside. The bathtub/shower wouldn't drain.
