That was inexpensive it was a great location and it was very clean That the water wasn't very hot

Location is great! By walking to CP , closeby metro statiion and atractions in NYC Room was not ready upon arrival at 3pm. Bathrooms were a nightmare , leaking water from the roof, tap broken and also cleaning staff must keep them in a decent state , it was unbelievable there was dirty everywhere, blocked wc etc so it was really a mess

The location The price. TV wasn't working. No hooks to hang your clothes in the showers. Bare minimum stuff in the room.

The location - very close to Central Park The very defiant and arrogant attitude of one of the staff members, at check-in - he directly asked me to pay for the full booking, without asking if I paid already. I asked why, he said (defiently) that it is not paid. When I wanted to show him the paid booking, one of his colleagues showed him that it is paid already, he went silent, and threw an (almost) agressive look at me. The squeaking bed from the room - almost at any turn, it made a horrible noise

Only the location and clean bedding No mini-fride or microwave. All members have to hold key card and tap in every return. Only 2 operational showers behind a curtain - hot water was non existent. Noisy rooms.

I had a really good stay overall. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation, a park nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bed was good, especially considering the price. Overall, it was definitely good value for money, and I would happily recommend this place. I was dissatisfied with the attitude of one of the staff members in charge of the storage area. He was rude, and the way he addressed me was unprofessional. I chose not to engage in an argument, as I did not have the time and did not want to escalate the situation.

Great in-room air conditioner/fan. Three elevators, rarely a wait to get up or down. Decent hanging and storage space, decent sized single room with window. FABULOUS LOCATION for Lincoln Center, the park and subways. Budget option for NYC, basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay in this area. Access to classes and gym facilities (I took a yoga class after traveling), and locker rooms *for blowdryers, as they don't have in room). Semi-private bath stalls were cleaned and resupplied during day, and plenty on floor, so no wait. Mattress was soft and not supportive. College dorm style furnishing (reasonable at this price). Harsh overhead lighting - a desk lamp would be a big improvement. The semi-private bath stalls are functional, occasionally hit and miss (depends on last user). Water fountain in lobby not on floor.

The location and the price for it The bathrooms on our floor (9th) were disgusting, the doors don’t close and sometimes people would lock the door of the complete bathroom to have a shower so you would have to wait until they were done to get in or go to the next floor
