Some of decor a little outdated but an incredible property

The hotel is in excellent location, beautiful property and great amenities and gorgeous views. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit dated and low tech. But staff is super professional and helpful. The gym is really top notch too!

Room wasn’t ready on time but offered a meal at the restaurant which was really nice. Staff were helpful and used the town car to get around. Gym and spa are amazing. Staff checked in on me which I appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Sad to ear that the lobby restaurant has closed. It was certainly an added value to the hotel when it was in operation. Normand

Amazing hotel, staff make the whole experience, bar is great. Reception and concierge team are excellent, in particular Lauren who made check in a breeze. Gym and pool are excellent for a New York hotel.
