Uncomfortable bed and poorly designed room/bathroom. There was a window air conditioner that rattled loudly all night. That would have been tolerable except we had to leave the heavy drapes open in order for the air conditioning to enter the room. That meant blinding lights shining in our faces all night. We tried closing the drapes only to wake up sweating because there was no circulation. Bottom line was a poor night’s sleep.

Very disappointing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Lobby was chaotic. Trash and linen carts lined the hallways. Pictures do not accurately represent the property. Would not recommend to any anyone.

The only complaint has to be the fact that the ceiling of the bathroom was in poor visual conditions, and there is where the AC unit is at. The unit was very loud, and I'm sure it needed a bit of adjustments to make it run quietly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with a baby graco and an extra mattress to meet our family's needs - very appreciated! Amazing location for young families as you can quickly access central park and times square by walking.

Decent shampoo, conditioner, gel and lotion. Sink & faucet were oddly aligned and pressure so hard that clothes were soaked after washing hands. Disappointed that room was adjacent to elevator and looked out onto roofs, mechanical units and pigeons (when asked for city view and checked in @ 4:30).

Room was conveniently located to alot of landmarks and across the street from a subway. The room was Very comfy and cozy and the shower water flow felt like a waterfall which was amazing. Didn't get to try the restaurant but food looked good.

Staff was friendly. Nice location. Rooms are small but fine. We asked to have someone check the fridge and remove all the alcohol from the room but no one ever came. The front desk was apologetic as she had called in my request. The rooms are a bit beat up. The shower was nice. Terrible view of yucky roof tops covered in beer cans and pigeon poop but that’s not the hotels fault. No idea how they get away with a resort fee. Not sure of any amenities other than internet available.
