All questions were answered and all requests were met. If you’re wanting a Great experience for you and your Fam, this is where to go. To be fair the only thing that could have better was the pool size and depth. It’s saltwater so that’s neat but the depth is only 4ft.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Rivals Ritz and and Mandarin Oriental in quality of guest experience. Room was well appointed, clean and modern. Location is unbeatable. Will stay again.

Great hotel in a very convenient location.

Excellent location and rooms all have kitchens. Suites are smaller than most we have seen. One note is that there is no fresh air in the rooms as the windows don’t open.

Furniture and bathroom appliances are very old, need to be renovated already

We loved the location and the ambience. The rooms were very cozy, nice and comfortable. A bowl of green juicy apples made it lovely. Proximity to shopping, the famous central park and transportation were added values to our experience and movement. Booking radius to our event was off the mark and the quality of the television programs didn't allow for a great in room entertainment. The apartment would benefit from a microwave and instructions for the use of the stove would be great

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This is my third visit, and again and again—no matter how highly I already rate it—they just keep getting better. From the moment of arrival, through the reception deskAlwa, the rooms themselves, and the gym and spa areas, every single staff member demonstrates exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and service.
