Remarkably quiet, especially for the area, and a pretty good! Signage is a bit hard to spot, but map is accurate.

Love this hotel! Can't beat the location and amenities. The water fill stations are the best idea ever . The staff is super friendly and helpful! I like to especially send a shout out to Eli !!! Thank you!

I liked the water station in the hallway. I also like the coffee station in the observation room with outside terrace

Other Guest services staff members at the front desk always greeted me with eye contact and a warm demeanor upon entering and leaving the lobby area throughout my stay. I did not like the craftsmanship or aesthetic design of the room I stayed in. I did not like the items from the Provisions snack bar. The Popcorn tasted stale. I also did not like the taste of the nuts or Toffee that I purchased. The Guest Services Staff collective professionalism was the highlight of the hotel stay despite the complaints about the room.

The Tv system was totally screwed up. Tv did not work in first room- 402.in the 2nd efficiency 1 worked sporadically as did the other. There is a problem with the Spectrum interface. I was there for several days and had a very hard time watching national news

Staff is friendly, Room was clean and well maintained. Asked for quiet room and got it. 28th floor lounge has free tea, espresso, coffee, filtered water and seltzer with at least 30 cushioned chairs. Very professional, clean and quiet. Don't know of any midtown hotel with that.

Very comfortably connected and in the center of NYC. I loved it! The receptionist is not always available but not a big deal for me because I dont stay out too late. I do imagine some people could be bothered by this though
