Courtyard New York Manhattan/ Midtown East

Very nice place, not our first stay. If you are coming to Sloan Manhatten stay here, on the first floor have them show you it connects right to sloan, prebook your parking and everything is right in the same building. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I really loved how clean and spacious the room was. We also got a very nice view on the 20th floor. They let us check in early so if you’re a little early I would definitely ask. I also really liked that the elevator only worked with your key card.

The rooms are renovated and larger compared to area hotels. Walking distance to several eateries and Subway. Will definitely stay again.

The location is perfect to easily get to main attractions and is accessible via the MTA a short block away. The room was spacious, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The luggage storage was a secure room and convenient for dropping off our bags until our room was ready. Our room was not ready on time, and the staff took three tries before getting our room key to work properly.

Enjoyed the comfortable rooms and great location. No microwave in the room, and didn’t have any available when we requested one. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, which is especially important for out of towners coming into NYC. Michael, in particular, went above and beyond in anticipating what I needed even before asking. The room was as very clean and had everything I needed. The location is good; right in the middle of everything.

I'm in the city often, but this was my first time here. I'm happy to say that I will be adding this property to my list of properties I will continue to utilize for my NYC stays.

Shower flow in bathtub is weak.

The room was very nice. The staff excellent. The only drawback was the restaurant is on the 12th floor, breakfast only.
