The staff is first rate. Our check in was a breeze. They were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t get the room to stay cool it was 74 degrees when we arrived and after 2 hours the temperature hadn’t changed. The maintenance man was very helpful he gave a a fan that did help. He was so nice and friendly also. The cleaning staff were so nice. Thank you Grace for doing such an amazing job.

Terrific property, right in the heart of midtown and an easy walk to sights and restaurants. Open, inviting check in completed in minutes and a speedy elevator up to our floor with a view. Front staff, led by Stewart on our arrival made check in super easy and volunteered a great room with a view for our first time’rs in our teens (Pleasantly surprisingly) Expansive room (Junior Queen suite w pullout sofa) which was more than comfortable for a family of four including two teens. Thorough room service daily (probably wasn’t needed as much but the staff didn’t miss a beat in ensuring all amenities were replaced) Bistro on 12th floor with fresh muffins, yogurts etc as well as coffee. Very friendly staff. Wide open with chairs, tables and sofas and a great place to kick back to start / end your day. Approximate 10 minute walk to Lexington and Park Ave for sights and shopping. 15 minutes will get you to Times Square, south corner of Central Park or over to Grand Central Station. Multiple subway stops just across the street / quick jaunt to the hotel. A hotel can make or break a family vacation and this hotel definitely made ours. Can’t see us staying as a family in another midtown hotel ever again. 10-out of-10.

Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable, got a poor nights sleep - otherwise, a great property with new renovations!

AC did not work in one of the rooms. Staff just placed a portable fan.

There was a water leak upstairs. They did not resolve it from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. if they could sleep. They didn't change my room and they don't give me an answer for anything very bad experience. It was dangerous for the roof to fall apart, but they don't care.

A very basic two queen beds room, comfortable, clean, spacious. Air conditioning was perfect and not too loud. But the highlight for me and my family was how quiet it was and how convenient to main attractions and subway station.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
