Staff, housekeepers, and hotel well top tier.

Everything is nice about this hotel from the location to the parking! The cleanliness and the rooms are a good size! The hotel staff was really nice and were very welcoming as well! I will definitely be staying here again and soon!

The hotel seems to have seen better days. It quite run down, the rooms don’t seem nor feel clean, every hallway smells bad or of marijuana, albeit being a non smoking building, the noise at night is quite unbearable and it just doesn’t seem family friendly at all. It gives the impression of a hotel that people use to go party to Manhattan.

My son loves to swim, but the pool closes super early at 10:30 AM. Plus, there aren't many basic amenities like coffee available. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean!

Hotel is extremely outdated. They’ve added a few selfie worthy spots to take photos to stay on trend with the present times but the facility and rooms themselves are severely outdated, layered with thick paint and chained lock doors. During my stay, the guest beside me played loud music which was not addressed by security followed by a physical altercation. The male guest locked the female guest in the hallway where she proceeded to kick the door begging to be let back into their room. Security came to my room to take a statement only after I called the following morning to request a room change. Security also told the guest that my room complained as they stood out in the hall talking. The staff at this hotel is unprofessional and apathetic. To this day no member of management has called me regarding this matter. I was sent an email from this assistant manger with an apology and “hope you stay again” message. This hotel is not safe to stay at even for one night and the amenities do not align with the Hyatt brand. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, great experience

In long summer days it is a bit disappointing.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved relaxing by the pool in the evening—it was such a unique experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I can’t say enough about the location. It’s one of the best in the area. I especially love being so close to the West Village, the Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. There is always so much to see and do, all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Arrived home at 8pm and still was never filled the best they said they can do is charge me for beer from bar and send beer up but no sodas and they would be around to fill again in am.Which never happened. At check out several things on my bill that we did not touch but the man working the desk took care of it. Just be aware what it on the bill Before leaving we placed a 180 order for food from the lobby. We asked for sodas or gingerales and were told they don't have cans they can fill a glass.. when asked to fill a glass they then stated they don't have gingerale in the bar gun. I had to leave and go by drinks which is very inconvenient when we have been asking for days for drinks that mind you ... you pay for but it never happened. After spending an arm and leg and having to walk blocks for drinks they sent up 2 can gingerales. Burger was made raw when asked for well done ..RAW not even just pink. Very disappointed in service here .

Some of the staff was friendly and professional. Some a bit surly. When we asked for ice to be sent to our room, as there are no ice machines in the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk begrudgingly said, "I'll have some sent up". I would have been happy to have gotten it myself, given the option. The biggest issue was the pool. Generally speaking, if you're choosing a hotel with an outdoor pool, chances are you expect to use it at some point. Turns out that the pool is only available to hotel guests from 8:30am-10:30am. Otherwise, you'd need to book a chaise lounge in advance for a fee of $160 each. That's $320 per couple on top of the daily room charge! Of course they tell you you're free to swim anytime if there's room in the pool. There's just no where to sit and relax poolside!

We arrived at the property at 2:30pm and the room was not available until 5:30pm. I was not able to sleep at all due to the loud dance club playing music till 4am and our room was positioned across the hall from the ac closet and electrical closet and I could hear and feel the hum of the transformers all night long.

Great place! Great staff! Made my bday even more memorable! Thank you!

Only thing I hated was the fact there is no park for us that come from far away. I spent a lot of money with parking but thankfully you guys help a little with the discount for the parking 🙏.
