The pool area looked nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it because of timing and weather. We liked the location for what we were doing. And it is away from the crowds. Access to the high line was great.

Refuse to ever come back here again unless there is change in hospitality behavior Please teach them some manners if you want high end clientele…

I was beyond disappointed. The elevator was filthy. My room, deceptively pushed online as spacious, was smaller than any studio or loft imaginable. And, to make matters worse, my room was very cold. I tried for 30 minutes with the temperature, finally called down to guest services. No one ever came to fix the temperature. I called again in the early morning, once again no one ever came. In addition to that (which, bluntly, was completely unacceptable), the water pressure in my shower went from strong to poor, and then back again, constantly. Not only was this not worth the price, the cold room and the lack of service would have been unacceptable even if the room was comped. Anyone reading my reviews can see, I don't write back reviews, but I asked twice on my way out to speak to a manager, and was told I needed to please wait. When I explained I had an appointment to make, I was asked to leave my contact, which I did. No one ever reached out. What happened to this once-great brand?

Great location and fun vibe

Great location, cafe in lobby makes mornings easy. I stay here often, no issues, no complaints. Staff is always helpful.

The club on the top floor is open from 10pm-4am and sound carries throughout the hotel rooms

Miscommunication about pool being open until 9-20: one towel per guest; rooms were well attended

It looked cool from the outside. The pictures were also spectacular my daughter loves Messi Not convenient with a child, nobody told me how to get the “included breakfast” pool was basically off limits for children. Why would I book a hotel with a pool if we couldn’t even use it at a reasonable time
