Location— immensely walkable, gracious & responsive staff, original art work on property, each restaurant was lovely, rooftop bar view is a delight, beds comfortable, our terrace room was marvelous. N/a

the staff really makes this hotel fantastic From the doormen, to check in to the cleaning staff...all seem genuinely happy to be there and make you feel very welcome. You don't forget that effort. The only thing I could possibly critique was the bathroom in our room. While the place was spotless the grout in the bathroom needed to be redone. It made the shower and toiler area feel unfresh.

Great room! clean, quiet, the restaurants out front are great to sit and people watch, have a coffee, cocktail, food, like Parisian cafes. The area is amazing, even more businesses, apartments, shops, restaurants, all being opened, renovated, elevated. Never disappoints! The staff are great, the valets are festive and nice and helpful. Will was great, he was happy to assist and kind! See you in November!

Rooms were nice but restaurant service was poor. Will be staying again

Booking through Expedia meant that I was over charged and did not receive the freebies that the hotel offered other guests who had booked the same room as me but paid less....

We also had reservations at Estelles for Saturday morning and knowing they opened at 11 and our son had to work at 12, we asked in advance it be noted to move along the process to accommodate. Our first time there had been so memorable, we were really looking forward to it, especially the cinnamon roll. We were seated at 11 and there were only 2 other tables. We ordered the cinnamon roll, it was cold. We ordered our food, omelet, breakfast sandwich and pancake. It took over 45 min for our food to come out. My husbands breakfast sandwich had American cheese, not even melted at all, meaning his sandwich wasn’t warm. The rest of the food was good but we were disappointed in our experience and the lack of urgency given to our situation.

The location was amazing, the hotel and staff made the trip delightful and seamless. I’ll be back again.

This is a wonderful hotel and in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The staff was second to none! Always there to help in and way to make our stay the best that it could be! Highly recommend this hotel! You won’t be disappointed!

Location. Beds not that comfortable. No coffee available in rooms. Room service very limited. No lobby. Staff were not as friendly as previous visits…Pool is only accessible for families (kids) until 12noon....

Excellent location, fabulous pool Room service food not the best

Had the best time. The rooftop pool is beautiful with excellent drinks and food. Jake, The concierge was very helpful with restaurant reservations. Love this hotel!!
