good location in West Village, not far from High Line It was very hot and stuffy at night, we were in Garden studio downstairs. Could do with bed-side lockers.
-
There was one hard wooden chair in the bedroom, and there were two flimsy wicker-seat chairs in the kitchenette; none of them were very comfortable to sit on. And there was no hot plate or burner in the kitchenette, only a microwave.

Breakfast? Quick trip, to see the Biennial & friends. Good location & great hospitality. Well, as a long time coffee drinker, the solution per room was reasonable, but..... Coffee, good coffee, is just hard to do. Nice try tho.

Our room was not cleaned; we needed clean towels and in the end I had to find the linen closet near the front desk and take clean towels myself, do the bed myself and clean the room myself. Terribly poor service. I use booking.com a lot and this is the first time I have been so badly let down. I wanted to demand my money back, but there was nobody to make this demand to.

Convenient location. Quiet & comfortable suite (but for the wind & rain battering the siding), out of your control. Low water pressure in shower

India was a very cozy room, with all we need for a ten days stay Wifi should be better The heat in the room

Fantastic location, tons of charm in the building, feels like you’re a local! Spacious room and friendly staff.

3 blocks from my kids, short walk to the Whitney, 2 good coffee shops across the street. Staff very willing and able to deal with problems.

What a beautiful hotel! Vincent and Dawn were amazing! They were so nice and helpful. The neighborhood was perfect. We stayed in Stonewall and it was roomy and clean. Will definitely be back!

The staff is always friendly. It’s a home away from home. Would need a general freshening up.

I must return for a longer stay in the Stone wall and The Garden Room. The architecture design of the stairs that leads to the Stone wall suite, they are narrow for anyone with bad knees. Despite the stairs. I was greeted to a wonderful two-bed apartment unit that is called Stone wall, and it's a fabulous apartment.

The location is great and the two staff members I met were very friendly. If you choose to stay here, please be aware that there is no staff member on the premises at night. This is made clear in communications. My experience at Incentra was, I am sure, unusual, but as it could easily happen again I wanted to alert other potential guests. The property has, outside the front door, a row of individual doorbells, one for each room. This seems unnecessary now that we all have mobile phones, but I thought no more about it until I was woken by a very loud ringing in my room at around 2.30am. At first I thought it was someone ringing by mistake but it rang again and again and I could hear that they were also calling the other rooms in the building. I even tried to disable the bell but it seemed impossible. I had no idea how many other guests were staying that night but I was alone and became very frightened about who was out there. I tried to call the number provided in the room for out of hours but it just went through to voicemail and so I called the police, as, it turned out, did the other guests. The police were great and cleared the potential intruder away but by then it was around 4.30am and I was unable to sleep as a result of the situation. I emailed the management that morning and asked them if I could speak to them about what had happened. Over a week later I have still had no reply, which was extremely disappointing.

The staff were all lovely and accommodating.

This was our 2nd time at the Incentra. We chose a room in the back and it was quieter than the front rooms. It's nice to have the kitchenette and coffee maker - and they provide the coffee too. Bed was comfy and staff is wonderful. Location in the Village is perfect Everything was great although it might not suit everyone. It's a funky old building, narrow hallway and no elevator.

Staff friendly and position
-
It was central in Manhattan It was pricey but not over the top for its location.
-
Amazing location & staff. Our number one choice when visiting NYC.

Great location. It's quirkiness has positive elements. We were made aware that the reception area isnt always manned (it's like someone's front room). However no real indication of what to do if no one answers.
