Book a room with a private bathroom

Decent neighborhood, clean enough in the hotel, air conditioner worked fine. The bathroom was actually quite nice, great shower! If you're looking for a place to sleep at night after tromping around the city all day that doesn't break the bank - THIS IS IT! If you want more than that out of your hotel room in NYC you'll need to go elsewhere and spend more money. The staff was great, not very present, but also not in the way- and happy to help. The small refrigerator was constantly dripping with condensation - which was a drag. Overall the perfect place for us :-) I recommend it if you want a deal, can handle an older style room and will spend most of your time out and about.

This was my second time staying here. Always friendly staff who were very accommodating for early check in and late check out. Perfect location.

Was ok

Travelled with friends, room was a little tight for 4 of us in room#12. It has a queen bed and 2 sleeper chair but we slept comfortably especially the queen bed so comfy and room has 2 AC which is enough to make the room cool. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Close to subway entrance/exit. And the lobby cat was adorable and friendly.

Room was bigger than I expected for a 'pod'. TV was consistently scrambling. It is an older building. Bathroom seems updated and clean. Small kitchenette with dishes. Long closet. Ok food trucks and restaurants on the block. A nice cat watches over the floors while we sleep (and friendly). Only problem with sharing a bathroom is when you really have to go

It’s on a great place. Everything is just few stops with subway. The rooms are of decent size and great for few nights trip. The subway entry is on a walking distance right nearby. The staff members are all friendly and will help you if you have to leave luggage before check in time. The bathrooms are clean as well. A good place for short trips.

The hotel location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. I had an interaction with the manager, and he was professional and helped resolve the issue. I’m truly grateful for his assistance.

Good hotel, easy to get there and a perfect location

CVS next door for supply run. Multiple Subway lines nearby. Chelsea Market and High Line around the block. Walking distance to Apollo Bagels and NYU. My Teenage Kids are difficult to please but really enjoyed their stay and area. We definitely will book again.

The room was clean and the kitchen had all the useful necessities. The air conditioner worked great, plenty of places to charge electronics. The room was quiet and the property well maintained. Easy location, right next to the subway station. Easy to get around the city.

Location, staff, price

The location is the only positive Very very dirty, the Sheets had blood stains, the AC is so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. The guy at the reception didn’t even responded a simple “good morning”. My room was in the main floor and it couldn’t be worse. The rooms walls terrible dirty. Towels weren’t changed and the spare bed was so uncomfortable that my kids were not able to sleep.

Everything was great. Clean room. Great location. However the lack of an elevator is inconvenient. Five floors without one is hard for this old woman
