Everyone was so nice and after a long night of travel they allowed us to check in early without a problem! They also let us leave our luggage when checking out. Everyone at reception was amazing! Thank you for everything

It has a great location? But the beds are super uncomfortable and the rooms don’t look anything like the pictures The second bed for the shared rooms doesn’t even has a mattress

Don’t listen to most reviews, this place was a great stay! My dad, mom and I stayed here for 3 nights and the location was AMAZINGG!! The room itself was clean and cold during the hot weather. Definitely recommend staying here.

They held our bags after checkout and the staff was wonderful!!

Staff was kind and extremely friendly. Was able to check in a bit early. Housekeeping was very attentive and checked in if anything was needed. Truly nice hotel in a great area in Manhattan. Felt like home and truly recommend to all looking for an affordable place to stay in NY!

We loved the room being available on the first floor. We will be back again for our first floor 2 beds/kitchen & private bathroom. Also love that the hotel is centrally located between lower Manhattan & Central Park. Only downside is didn’t have wash clothes but we used disposable dish wipes & we’ve never heard of a stories building with no elevator. Looking forward to returning.
