Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained

The entire staff was amazing and very attentive. From the moment we got to the front desk to check in, and all through, every person we ran into was amazing! My only recommendation is to bring your own pillow. The pillows are the softest I have ever experienced, and even with 3 of them stacked, my head sank all the way down to the mattress.

Wow, small, the rooms are so thoughtfully designed that they really are very comfortable.. This location and the quiet vibe at this hotel, make it our favorite spot to stay in New York City.

Excellent location, friendly, welcoming, and clean. Hotel had everything you needs, including an ideal continental breakfast and gym. It’s close to the Hudson and high line and easy walk to west village. There is a sub station very close by. It can be a bit noisy at night with city sounds, but once I put in ear plugs, which are provided by the hotel it made a big difference.

Our new go-to hotel for NYC trips. Room was a good size, not postage-stamp size like so many others. Great neighborhood and well located.

The only downside is no hotel bar.

I dropped off my car with doorman and when I picked it up 2 days later there was major damage and part of fender missing. Management has NOT BEEN RESPONSIVE.

The location is perfect. The lobby is inviting and allows for eating and guests. The restaurant was not available this trip

My only advice would be improving the mattress and pillow variety. They’re very soft, you sink into the mattress and your head basically squishes down to the bottom of the pillow. I personally find it uncomfortable but manageable for a short stay. It’s the only factor that makes me uncertain I’d rebook.

Excellent stay! Older hotel, but very clean, quiet and well-maintained by an outstanding staff. Will definitely keep this location on my favorites list when staying in Manhattan.
