Terrific location

While positioned to be a hip and cool property, the rooms look cheap. The shower is open to the rest of the bathroom. Overall, it goes more to the tacky side of cool.
-
But, the new ice machines on every floor are a huge improvement over having to hike up to the 17th floor.

Fantastic location, rooms very small unless a suite. Disappointingly the noise was so load from the nearby pub till 4am I had to change to the front of the hotel. Hotel corridors have great ac but it is far too cold and must be a waste of energy. Staff and facilities were good i would stop again as enjoyed the stay but a few bits not ideal

I stayed with my dog (she’s a Doberman) and the space, the service, the environment was more than ideal. Thank you to the staff at the hotel AND the Standard Grill for accommodating us the way they did. DEFINITELY staying here again and with my pup too if needed!

Great space , great location
-
The hotel is in a great location in the meat packing area. Just don't get a room facing downtown otherwise you will be kept awake by the bar on ground floor next to the hotel .I was on the 13th floor and music didn't stop until 3am and started again at 6am for an hr. If you want sleep don't recommend. unless uptown facing side is better.

The room was appalling , toilet didn’t work for 2 days reported it 6 times We had to go to public toilet all 2 days
-
Suite was worth it though. Views are insane
-
The smallest room!!
-
Loved the location, central to so many great shops, restaurants & sights Definitely noisy (more the bar next door) but thats pretty typical in NYC and easily resolved with good earplugs!

Location, location, location Squeak in door into bth. N

Down stairs hallway lightning can be improved. The elevator music can be changed everyday somewhat annoying.

Fully glass shower cabin is not suitable for sharing with friends or family. Some rooms have shudders on the shower cubes (my friend had them, I did not). Great views and location. Showers leak water everywhere but other than that it was great. Comfy beds.
-
location Small space, NO CLOSET, tired of the glass wall at shower, Pillows were flat, bed was on the floor, Overpriced for value
-
