The staff did not care about privacy!! They just walked into our room using their card at an EXTREMELY vulnerable moment for me and my husband!!!

Elevators are rather ‘tired’. On one of the trip up the doors got stuck. The issue was reported to the front desk.

Great view of manhattan and location with quick access to LGA airport and manhattan. Minor but no microwave or kettle in room.

the location right on the Roosevelt Island. My work is in the midtown east. It was a pleasant walking after the tramway. And the tramway is the best part! The hotel is right around the tramway station.

The comfortable bed and the view from the room are the biggest plus of this hotel. Poor communication with the staff, in a week we exchanged only one hello and that was when we came to ask for water. Lack of information such as the bar's working days, in the end as hotel guests we didn't even have the opportunity to visit it.
