Holiday Inn Express NYC Chelsea – NoMad Area by IHG

The location was ideal for our trip—just a short, easy walk from Penn Station. It was extremely convenient and placed us within comfortable walking distance of key attractions like the Empire State Building, Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection of options to start the day. Having complimentary water and coffee available throughout the day, along with afternoon cookies, wine, and snacks, was a nice touch! While we understand this is a Holiday Inn Express, having a small in-room refrigerator and laundry bags available would have added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. That said, the overall cleanliness of both our room and the hotel facilities was excellent, and we truly appreciated the high standards maintained throughout our stay. We would gladly return!

Everyone was so friendly. Even though I paid for parking, they informed me there was free parking on weekends on the street and refunded my parking charge. Perfect location for my daughter and I to walk to MSG for a Harry Styles concert. The room was clean and very comfortable. The night we were there (Saturday) was very quiet and we got great sleep. I would for sure stay again. The $250 deposit seems a bit much but I guess it’s common in NYC.

Good

they offered a wonderful breakfast. room ridiculously small .and my room (first floor) was very noisy and difficult to sleep. AC was very nosy as well .

it was in a good location My $401.62 deposit was collected on August 27 and still had not been refunded as of October 5. The delay has cost me $20 in credit card interest, with more expected in October. I have sent a formal refund request by email and expect the hotel to resolve this promptly. Having to chase the return of my own money has been frustrating.

Nothing Wasn’t able to stay because there was no parking waste of money

Your personal treat us very professional. Furniture and walls were found with many scratches but room was very clean. I was in a basement room.

Very good

Very close and easy walking distance to MSG. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast included. Only issue was the bathroom door made an awful crazy loud sound when it was opened or closed and they supposedly fixed it, but whatever they did didnt work. Not a huge deal except wakes anyone and everyone up overnight.

Great location in the city. The hotel and rooms were very nice, bed comfortable. The breakfast is extensive. Because it rained during much of our stay, we appreciated the large overhang out front as we waited for our rides.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The staff was amazing , wish I remembered the older gentleman’s name(40-50). He was very informative. It was walking distance to a lot of places were attending, concert at Madison Square Garden and The Empire State Building, and not too far from Times Square.

So convenient and great value

Room was very comfortable and close proximity to Madison Square Gardens. Breakfast was delicious!

The location was perfect! We were seeing a show at MSG, and it was a very short walk. It was also close to all other attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. My only complaint was that the room was very small, which is to be expected in NYC, I guess. The bathroom was tiny, and there was little to no room for toiletries. This was a tight fit for 3 adult women with many products.

Very good

Très bon séjour, chambre propre et bien situé

Clean, good facilities, breakfast had all i needed, although pretty noisy even at night time and early in the mornings, it's NYC No working TV but thankfully was a work trip, so not much in the room

Great location and great price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating I wish their smoking section was more protected from the rain
