Holiday Inn Express NYC Chelsea – NoMad Area by IHG

The night was perfect had good sleep but not enough breakfast choice

Staff were attentive and wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

The room was quite small, but very clean. The staff was friendly and I loved the complimentary bottles of water.

Goods, close by to Penn station, and only like a 15 minute walk to Times Square. Front desk-very hospitable. Breakfast-decent. Stay away from room 1505. Everything broken, and gross. Sliding door,USB outlet, light on other side all broken. And the worst was small couch next to window had a nasty stain on it. Thermostat had a mind of its own too. Paper thin walls-heard maintenance or house keeping whistling at 7am. No big deal just want to get my 2-cents in about: they are kind enough to offer a 4pm-5pm happy hour glass of wine but i asked if they offer soda instead, girl said, sorry No. Um you know some people DONT drink right? I emailed with pictures, hotel NEVER got back to me. HOTELS.COM kindly stepped in to help me out.

Although the staff was very accommodating to let us use their fridge, we made the mistake of not verifying there was one in the room. Also, no microwave or coffee/tea maker in the room and no ice bucket. The room was a lot smaller than pictured on the website however it worked for the weekend. The breakfast was the best part; generous variety of different foods. Also appreciated the free bottles of water for guests.

The room was very clean and suprisingly big for NYC. It was in a convenient location for what we were there for. The lobby was very tiny and there are only two elevators which might get crowded during check in. The breakfast looked fine but we didn't use it becasue there were a lot of people down there and like I said, it was a tiny area. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Also, they give out free water bottles which was helpful considering there is no fridge in the room. I would stay there again if I need to be in that area.

Clean room close to all things would stay again

Excellent and safe location. MSG just less than 7 minutes. Lot of restaurants options. The staff are great .

Had problem with my bathroom sink, water wasnt going down because the cap was block.. they say we need an engineer to fix it.. I asked to change room.. they said no more rooms available, so we wash our theets in the bath for the 3 days, super. To expensive for what it is.

Breakfast continues to be lacking for what you have to pay for these rooms

The only downside was our room was labelled as having 2 queen beds which really should have been 1 queen bed or 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. There wasn't much room for 4 people with luggage etc.
