If you are looking for a reliable, clean, and highly convenient place to stay in New York City, I highly recommend this hotel.Here is what made my stay stand out:Spotless Rooms: My room was incredibly clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It was the perfect, comfortable space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.Convenient Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It is situated right in the heart of things, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, it is within easy walking distance to the gorgeous Hudson River Walk and Pier, which was perfect for a scenic morning stroll.Excellent Customer Service: From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. The friendly staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and they handled every request with a smile.Great Free Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a massive highlight. Unlike many hotels that serve the exact same food every morning, they offered a different variety every single day, which was a wonderful and delicious surprise.The Verdict:Between the pristine cleanliness, the unmatched staff hospitality, and the perfect location, this hotel provides incredible value. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to NYC!

We came to take 2 Peloton classes for my daughter’s 20th birthday. It was only an 8 minute walk to the studio and the neighborhood felt relatively safe. A MUCH better value than the exorbitantly priced hotels across the street from the studio. The staff were LOVELY and very helpful even letting us check out an hour later due to our train schedule. The hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast and free wine hour were a very nice touch. I’ll definitely tell the Peloton community about our stay.

I was at the city for an event at MSG. Room was ok for me….no view but for someone just staying overnight….can’t complain. Very reasonable price. It is very clean. Breakfast was very good. Parking is expensive if you get it from them. It’s better to book on your own. There’s a lot to choose from around the area. Friendly staff. They even provided utensils if need at the lobby. I got my money’s worth.

The breakfast was excellent, fresh and very hot. An excellent assortment from cereal to eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit, yougart and more. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed was very very comfortable.

This "no frills" hotel is super convenient for those of us traveling into NYC via Amtrak and also convenient for its easy access to multiple subway lines. But, what floored me about this spot was the staff. During the height of World Cup insanity, with countless guests streaming in and out of the hotel, and many camped out in the lobby--the staff was unwaveringly kind and helpful. They were unflappable, even with a long line of folks checking in--or with requests. The complimentary breakfast was more ample than most and I scored many a bottled water at the front desk--as well as some freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. It was all unexpected as they certainly didn't need to do any of these niceties, but it was all very much appreciated!

Staff very friendly, clean, close to MSG Wish they had a restaurant, delivery took a long time. Not fault of hotel!

Easy to get around. Decently clean room. Okay amenities. Good value for what you get location wise. Great spot for easy access to midtown, the village, etc.

Kudos to all the front desk employees especially the one during day time.

Hotels usually come with microwave and refrigerator where i usually stay but paid the extra to have them in the room.David’s cookies at night were great. Hot water and juice was not working the last day. We had 4 in our group but they only left 3 towels so we were always asking for another towel. Requested refrigerator and microwave but not in room so had to check with desk to see and they sent for each to be brought to the room. Halls smelled like smoke but our room was non smoking.

Anna and Alana were wonderful people to deal with, Very hospitable. Staff was nice as well. Great location. I wouldnt stay there again. Rooms to small. I found it very noisy. cheap building. I based my trip with cost in mind compared to other hotels and thats what happened. you get what you pay for. It was like living in tenement housing
