Excellent location, simple hotel, but with everything you need. Great cost-benefit.

Great location and price.

Minimalist but perfectly fine considering it’s in Manhattan.

The room was not clean. There was a bandaid on the door, no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and there were two cockroaches. I say all of this as unfortunately I wasn’t able to make any other accommodations and thankfully I was only here for one night. I’m pretty sure their sheets and pillow cases haven’t been cleaned well because I woke up with two zits on my face the next morning. Do not stay here at all. I cannot emphasize this enough.

Do not recommend. Super tiny rooms, dirty property. Key didn’t work even when staff tried. Dirty sheets. We left and did not stay.

don't stay at this hotel. the wifi is the worst. There is no elevator, the shower doesn't work almost, and nothing was positive.

I would not recommend this hotel it was worse than the pictures show. I checked in and as soon as I saw the room I booked another hotel somewhere else. The sheets on one bed were stained, the toilet did not work. Also when I tried to leave the person at the front desk got very upset, blocked the door and would not let me leave. Do not book a room here and definitely if you are a woman traveling alone.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room is very tiny, smaller than some dorm rooms. The bathroom was extremely tiny - you could hardly turn around in it. But we were only spending one night there and it was only to sleep.

Location relevant to MSG was a key factor and very convenient.

Quiet small, however quite quaint the Midtown West just a few blocks away from Madison Square Garden leaves one in a slightly wondering as to how can a place be so centrally located and yet be so calm and comforting, the only negative aspect is no Refrigeration within the rooms if they were consider that as far as being a amenity then one can honestly say great value but even still less than two blocks from Madison Square Garden and within an economical reasonably priced fairly eloquent accommodations can't argue with that

I've been going to hotels for 40 years many times looking for something economy. I obviously didn't look at the reviews or read anything about this so that was my mistake. But boy do you learn? What a joke Between no elevator A closet which they call a room that looks like it was built in 1962, smelly room And a self-checkout where you just leave your key on the desk. Not secured at all and a number to call someone. It was almost like a bad movie

The hotel is right above a dispensary, lots of people sleeping on the streets outside. Very sketchy block, lots of noise from the street due to the location. The rooms are terrible. Not exactly clean, small, run down, and not the amenities you'd expect for the price they charge. It would be what you expect for a truly budget hotel but the rates they charge are ridiculous for what you're getting.
