I like the view and the location I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, I did not like the parking situation. It was inconvenient and added unnecessary frustration to my stay. More importantly, I was very unhappy with the customer service. The staff member on duty had an AirPod in his ear the entire time and appeared to be on a personal phone call while assisting me. I did not feel that I had his full attention or that my concerns were taken seriously. The biggest issue was my reservation. I was charged twice for the same date and time, even though I was already checked into the hotel. Instead of resolving the issue, I was unable to receive the room from the second reservation, and my money was taken without any explanation or refund. As a result, I had to find another place to stay approximately 45 minutes away, which caused a major inconvenience, wasted my time, and created unnecessary stress. I never received a phone call, email, or any communication explaining what had happened or attempting to resolve the situation. When I checked online later, I noticed that the price of the room I had originally booked had increased. I do not know whether that had anything to do with the issue, but I would like a full explanation of why I was charged twice for the same reservation and why I was denied the room despite already being checked in. I have repeatedly tried to contact Booking.com to receive a refund and an explanation, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am requesting: * A full refund for the duplicate charge. * A detailed explanation of how this booking error occurred. * Compensation for the significant inconvenience of having to find another hotel 45 minutes away because of this error. * A review of the staff member’s conduct, as I believe customers deserve attentive and professional service. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly.

It was a decent size room. Comfortable bed but the housekeepers did miss some things when cleaning. I didn’t mind too much. The no visitors which I feel is a bit absurd. Especially if you’re on a work trip.

Nothing The room , it smelled bad , the rooms were right next to each other.
-
It was disgusting. It was dirty. People were so loud staff did not clean or care about complaints.

Nothing! The worst place to stay, all rooms smell like cigarettes, dark rooms, is not an hotel, is not a familiar place, a lot of dirty and bugs, we not feel secure, if something are lost over there the place will not response about it, there is not good attendance and the personal totally rude with us! Avoid totally this place! Don’t waste your money there, the worst experience I have been had!

It was right next to a subway that took us right into the city. The room was amazing with a ton of space and the balcony had amazing views. The hotel staff was amazing, they let us borrow a personal umbrella and were happy to help with everything!
-
We could hear guests in other room next to us clearly. They played music and it felt like it was in our room and when we heard when they were being intimate as well

I will try to keep this review as brief as I can. I was traveling and booked a single room at Hotel Moca through the Booking app. The rate for 5 nights was well over $800+ dollars. Paid directly through the app. When I arrived I was allowed to check in early (with a fee of $100+ paid in cash with no official receipt provided to me just an empty paper I signed after cash payment). So this is now rounded up to nearly $1K for 5 nights. I understood because when I arrived, it was well before the normal check in hours of 2-3PM so this wasn’t an issue. The overall room I was given was spacious. The condition of the room was old and outdated. Neither of the outlets on either side of the bed worked so I had to use the outlet across the room on the wall of the tv. The bathroom was fine, the mirror has light controls. The WiFi in the room was very weak and unreliable. It either went in & out or didn’t work at all on mobile phone or laptop. However, the television worked just fine. It had YouTube + free apps to stream from and watch movies on. Here’s where things started becoming..questionable. So I’d leave the room for a majority of the day. The first time I left, when I came back my keycard was locked on their end so I had to go all the way back down to the lobby to let someone know. Card was unlocked, no problem. Keep in mind this first time that I left it I guess housekeeping came in to remake the bed, provide new sheets, soaps, towels, & trash bags. This was fine, no problem. But then, the next day it happened again. I left, came back a second time and the keycard was locked. So now I’m forced to go back down to the lobby to let them know again, and they unlock the keycard, cool. A super inconvenience if I had to use the bathroom. This second time the bed was untouched and there was nothing replenished. So housekeeping came in again while I was gone while my personal belongings were left in the room (they do not provide safes) so this threw me off a bit. Overall the fact that my keycard was locked twice and my room was entered while I was away on two separate occasions.

The staff Not all the TVs allow for streaming, and the beds make a lot of noise

I did not like my stay. The property was horrible my room was full of mold and the windows were dirty the facility had a strong odor of marijuana in the elevator and everywhere you go, the room had a bad smell in it and the vents were full of dust that they weren’t even functional.

The only thing that I did like about the hotel was the location. It was in an area where there are a lot of great food options, transportation is readily available. Nothing else worked about the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable, the temperature of the room was not adequate, along with the room being small, the room did smell of smoke, although I did request a non-smoking room online and when I arrived to double check, I was in informed that it would be a non smoking room.
