Location,restaurant,bar and atmosphere
-
Great decor throughout and the member's areas were available to use. Brilliant location - midtown easy to get around. Cicconi's restaurant was great. Our room was comfortable, probably a bit bigger than expected. Bed was super comfortable and big. All fabulous.

Location So many things which I’ve already communicated to the staff
-
Small, dark room No USB anywhere Multiple light switches at night
-
The location, design, the room The staff. Very unprofessional reception staff. Arogant and not willing to help.
-
Loved the roof bar and live music in the club
-
The sink, bathtub, and light were broken. I was woken up at 6 a.m. because of a water leak coming from my room. Instead of receiving any kind of refund, I was charged for completely unreasonable expenses. I only stayed two nights — never again in my life. Do NOT stay at this hotel under any circumstances!

Everything...the quality of sleep I got, the faculties, the location, the fitness center. Nothing.

Lastly, 99 % of the staff we uncounted were nice and friendly however the night we checked in we went to your rooftop bar and were greeted by a gentleman (assuming the bar back) that was not happy we were there and was borderline rude, we did not feel welcome at all, due to this experience we did not revisit the roof top bar during the rest of our stay. Everything else was great and overall really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Was really impressed. Stayed here a couple years back when it was just Nomad and better now.

The Ned Nomad is one of my favourite places in New York. Outstanding service and I am always made to feel I am home from home. I would love it if the room service was 24 hours, but otherwise love it all.
-
The staff were outstanding in every aspect! They were truly rays of sunshine and treated my two yorkies like princesses, it was absolutely amazing. That I had to leave. I would stay forever!
-
Walking across to Joe and the Joe to get a cup of coffee was a better experience.
