Romer Hell's Kitchen

Great location, comfortable bed and very clean room. No tea/coffee making facilities and coffee shop closes in the afternoon. As a Brit I like a cup of tea before bed but Dunkin’ donuts is just over the road.

Second time staying here, love that it is centrally located but still feels like a neighborhood. Comfy beds, good bagel shops nearby, convenient cafe in the lobby, my friend used the Crunch gym pass too and said that was nice. A little tight for three adult women with a sharp edge on the beds that each of us hit separately over the course of our three nights. Bathroom is small but serviceable. Lobby is a lot of people and suitcases (much more chill on Weds than Fri/Sat).

The room was big, bed was comfortable, location was good. Staff was so rude. It was my birthday and all I asked for was plastic forks and the lady laughed at me, did not say happy birthday and then threw a few on the front desk without a napkin having them touch where everyone puts their hands. We asked her why she did that and ignored us. There was also Q-tips, Kleenex, and a lot of dust begins the bed. It was icky.

The room was very spacious and the location was great. A lot of places were nearby. Moreover it was very close to subway station. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice piano bar. It felt quite dark in the room. The lighting could be better. Another thing is the air conditioner. It was very loud. During the night you cannot sleep with an air con on, otherwise you need to sleep with earplugs. Lastly in the bathroom you could notice the overall wear. Some pieces were broken.

Great location. The facilities and the rooms were okay. The room had a very strong cigarette smell when we arrived. I reported it right away, and the staff's answer was that there was nothing they could do about it. For us this was the main problem of the stay. The doors are extremely heavy and hard to open. Elderly or less fit guests may not be able to open them at all.

Great location, big rooms . Didn’t like that there were only paper cups I. The room. Disappointing when you want a cocktail or glass of wine .

Location was the best for tube and theatre etc Dim lighting, but to be honest great bathroom lighting do it wasn’t a problem and it added to the boutique ambiance

Location and size of room excellent. Staff very helpful. Lovely lobby and café and very quiet inside hotel. Close to subway, convenience stores and theaters.
