Overall a good experience. The AC didnt work well albeit it was 100 degrees outside. Bathroom door needed to be forced to close. Toilet handle needed to be fiddled with to get the water to stop running. Small fridge. These are things that should have been checked before I arrived. Could have been better.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was not the cleanest but otherwise could not complain. Would recommend for location alone and a great rooftop terrace

The check-in receptionist was so helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. Check-out was quick and easy too.

We were definitely in the heart of everything! The room included convenient amenities, including blackout curtains and soundproof walls. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here for future bookings

I stay at the M Social once a year and love it! It’s convenient, clean and spacious w/ a good fitness center. Exactly what I need for my stay.

Would be nice to offer free coffee since no coffee machines in the room. Breakfast looked excellent and with a wonderful view. We had VIP status so got a lovely drink on the patio. That was a real treat. Location was perfect because we had 4 different theaters to attend in one weekend. Easy location.

The location is stellar. We had no shampoo for our time there even after asking. Our clock broke and was never replaced. Room was clean and comfortable. Hidden fees were tacked onto bill and not explained. One conceirge was pleasant and helpful, other conceirge did not seem very happy. Gentlemen at the door were exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. Elevators not always working.

Fun atmosphere at the bar. We were there during the World Cup and they had the games on the TVs.

Location is AMAZING. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The cool rooftop bar is a plus. Would stay again for sure.
