M Social Hotel New York Times Square

Had to wait almost every time to get an elevator. Restaurant manager was arguing with me about reservations that I was told by another employee on the phone that we didn’t need them. Will not stay again.

Could not be happier with the view of Times Square. Could see everything right from our hotel room window. Best possible location for being right in the middle of everything New York City has to offer. Would absolutely stay again!

Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are specious. Location was great – right by Times Sq which was perfect for us as we were in town mostly for the theatre. There is a convenient store with essential supplies right below the hotel which was very useful The A/C is turned to a very low temperature, is was August and yet – we were freezing. The Elevators were always busy and we had to wait a very long time to get downstairs. There’s no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee

Room was ok but there must be a mirror in the room yet there was none, we had to go to the bathroom for mirror usage. Location was really perfect. View was very satisfactory. Noise isolation was good also. 1-) For all 11 nights of stay we had suffered, with the other guests, from the elevators. Although there are 4 of them only 2 were operating and it was really uncomfortable and time consuming. 2-) It was not enabled to control air conditioner in the corridor connecting the two rooms and it was continuously blowing very cold air in very high flow, decreasing the temperature in this small hall too much. 3-) The air conditioner in the room, when closed by the OFF button still blows cold air in the midnight, which nearly made us get caught.

The location and the view were great! Waiting time for the elevator was long. Entrance was not nice. I didn’t like the bathtub curtain

The location was simply perfect , 3 min walk to time square and all around, 1 mn to shuttle to Woodbury mall, gift stores… Room with view to hudson river just perfect Super clean Price was totally fine for the room we got They took deposit and didnt say Access to the reception of the hotel was in the first floor and after, another lift on the other side to reach the room.
