Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

Central spot, walking distance to Central Park, room was clean,

Staff would not extend my stay and stated that they did not take people off the streets

Other than the loco, NOTHING was good about the hotel. Nothing made clear while checking in

Check in can be long at times, but the room was clean and great for a new York stay, helpful staff and secure. Great location.

Only negative review i have of this place is the staff at that restaurant are rude. And always ssem angry: no type of customer sevice at all soecially the two bald guys.

The mattresses were awful

The best aspect of the hotel is the location. It's extremely close to Central Park, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and both Penn Station and the bus terminal. The rest is a mixed-bag. Our bathroom was a bit rundown and there was mold on the ceiling. The staff, however, did a great job in replacing the towels, soap, and shampoo everyday of our 4-day stay. The hotel rooms are quiet. They charge a $38 daily destination fee so make sure to use the restaurant or bar once a day. They called it a "credit" but it's not a credit since they charge you for it no matter if you use it or not. The valet parking is convenient.

Cobran por todo, compre una reserva para 4 personas y me dieron 2 camas muy pequeñas y la habitación demasiado pequeña, compre con desayuno incluido y después apareció que no estaba incluido, no me gustó el servicio

Good spot. Not far from timesquare. Nice staff. Wish they had more staff assisting in the morning at the Starbucks. There's no fridge in the standard room. That was incovient.

Great location, great staff, great atmosphere, etc. Also, from a value perspective, you definitely get your money's worth for a NYC hotel!

Room was cleaned staff was great. The thing ill say check in is late but you can leaves your bags for a fee.

I will not go to that hotel again.

Wonderful

The building is nice and presentable. Waiting in the 4pm line to check in was ridiculous. While everyone is waiting to check in why are both the restaurants closed? Losing opportunity to make money. Rooms need to be dusted everywhere and cleaned under bed but acceptable enough. No bathroom also as you wait to check in - taking over 1 hr. Not horrible but expected better. Bed was comfortable.

Bathrooms are very small, staff is always busy. They charge your hotel service fees and hardly get to use any amenities
