When they offered the upgrades, they did not tell you the full story. During the check out I was informed which was kind of kind too late.

The Location is Everything You are steps away from multiple major subway lines, which makes getting anywhere in Manhattan—from downtown to the World Trade Center Memorial—an absolute breeze. It is also an incredibly short walk to the Theater District, making it the perfect spot if you are catching a Broadway show like Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Lyric Theatre. Iconic spots like Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and Radio City Music Hall are practically in your backyard. Comfortable and Functional The hotel itself is massive but remarkably efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and handled professionally. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and serve as a great, quiet retreat after a long day of walking miles on the pavement. The beds provide a fantastic night's sleep, which you will definitely need after a full itinerary of sightseeing.

I liked the location and the lobby was beautiful. I loved the convenience of Starbucks being downstairs. The rooms need to be detailed cleaned. Shampoo the rugs and wipe the walls and doors down. For the amount we paid to stay there the room was a tad bit better than a motel. We paid a lot of money for the room not to be spotless.

We liked our stay due too the easy checking in and every one was so helpful. Hats off to the check-in room to check your luggage so you can see he sights

Very nice and close to everything to walk to!

Great stay. The hotel is near many famous places, like Times Square You can walk around. We got a credit for eating or drinking inside the bar or Starbucks at the hotel, which was great.

Happy hor at bar..but it should be open..late to enjoy..more

Rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Also had a Starbucks credit each morning. My wife liked that!

Housekeeping was polite and helpful. Good dining experience at The Library. I wish there was a water fill-up station on each floor. Nice size gym!

Below average property per Mariott standards. You don’t feel like in a hotel; it feels like a dorm.
