The Manhattan at Times Square

I want to personally thank, Natasha & Leah for their utmost professionalism‼️I (we) were absolutely 💯 happy (thrilled) with our stay.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved 😍 our room. Everything was DIVINE/PHENOMENAL. Great location...Definitely adding to my list of 🏨 families.

The breakfast that they had available was awful and expensive for what it was.

Unfortunately, things changed once we reached our floor. The hallway carpet was very old, worn, and warped. While it was easy to access our room with our key, the room itself was disappointing. The carpet inside the room was also warped and lumpy, one of the beds had a noticeable dip that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the air conditioner did not cool the room properly. When we called the front desk, the only solution offered was a fan. The room also did not have a microwave or mini refrigerator, which was inconvenient. The bathroom had drainage issues as well. After taking a shower, the water remained in the tub for at least five minutes before finally draining. There were also not enough electrical outlets to conveniently charge our phones. Overall, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. While the lobby and customer service made a great first impression, the condition of the room fell far below our expectations. We were very disappointed with our stay.

The property is in desperate need of updating. The bathroom smelled like old school cigarette smoke, and the wall paper and paint were peeling. The bathroom was OLD. The beds were clean, which was the only plus.

Room was terrible . It smelled something was rotten . Bed made noise while turning left and right . And it had a central AC which took forever to cool and forever to find even normal temperatures.

love the location walking distance to broadway theaters, time square and Rockefeller center/5th ave, the staff were helpful and breakfast were descent. Rooms need update, I think they are currently slowly renovating rooms cause I hear construction noise? you can also hear noise from the streets /traffic etc so earplugs are very helpful. Just wanted to point regarding the parking , hotel info state self parking available on site but it's actually not self parking , the attendant park your car for you , which kinda bothered me because I hate leaving my car/car keys to strangers.

Me gustó la ubicacion. Pero en la habitación el aire no funcionaba bien y mojaba la alfombra provocando olor a humedad. Por lo demás bien.

Perfect stay! Location was key!!!!

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at in New York. The pictures are a lie. This hotel is not as beautiful as they picture it online. Please do not stay here. It was so nasty. The hotel is dirty,old and it is not worth the price.

My room (493) has exposed wires on the floor. And the carpet was dirty and had to wear my shoes instead being able to be bare foot.

The lobby was beautiful. The elevator, room corridor, and rooms were in need of remodeling. Damaged carpet, damaged walls, elevators not working, ice machines not working, room furniture needed update, mattress old and lumpy, toilet fixtures dripped, shower delaminating; remodel needed.

Told them to clean room and they just flip the sheets and set the bed all dirty sheets

The lobby is fine but the rooms were dingy and the caulking around the tubs had pink mold. The windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Our entire 4 days consisted of room temp showers.
