The Manhattan at Times Square

Can be loud at night because of Times Square but great location to get around NYC.

The hotel floors we were on were terrible. My friend was on a alternate floor and those rooms had been renovated but we had paid the same amount. It felt yucky to be on our floor and room. Definitely a bad experience.

Poor

Room keys didn't work. The floor I was on was completely unrenovated and the key cards just continued to glitch, resulting in me being locked out of my room more than once. The elevators were so slow. They double charged me and were unable to even give me an itemized receipt when leaving.

We stayed in the premier room. It was very clean and the location was perfect.

I was on the 18th floor. The bed was awesome! I liked the decor. Close to the broadway shows. The staff was very helpful especially when my flight was canceled.

Speedy check in, wish they had more working elevators given the influx of people and the busy area of times square, but other than that a very clean room and comfortable stay.

The room stink it smelled like wet carpet and mold. The customer service is terrible the 91 dollar resort fee was not disclosed until I saw the charge on my card. No microwave available. The room is not worth the cost. I would rather stay at the Marriott or Hiltons and be more comfortable.

Location -so close to Times Square

Great location and helpful staff.

The staff at check-in was very pleasant and helpful, I think her name was Raquel. The room was clean however it was very basic and had no refrigerator or even bottle of water. We booked a premium room on the Manhattan floor but the room we got had no ac and little view of the city.

All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Thank you!! ....and the second night room was great. The first night I was put in room 2129. I thought the AC should've been colder but I was thinking, eh...its ok...I'll be fine. But my sister was not comfortable so we had maintenance come up. It could not be fixed so they switched us to room 1713. MUCH better! The AC was awesome. And then I got to thinking and realized a lot of other things that were wrong with 2129... ....I noticed the hot water took a long time to get hot. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, and would just slide open. The TV kept switching from a normal screen to a tiny screen in the left hand corner. Back and forth a few times. And the reading lights didn't work above the beds unless the top light strip was on. That made no sense.

Two of the elevators were broken. Long wait times to use the elevator. No mini frig or dining options. I paid extra for a good view. However, the windows were so dirty you could not see well out of the window or take any pictures.

Very unpleasant stay.

On the plus side, the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable enough but the noise in the halls didn’t allow for much sleep. They will hold your luggage after you check out so you can explore more so that’s a plus. The location is convent but so are a dozen other hotels at the same price point that I am sure must be better maintained. We will not be back.
