Elevator broke for an evening so had to climb lots of stairs to get to the room. The elevator could use more security, anyone can walk in and go upstairs, no room key needed.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was convenient to the subway.

Hotel was very nice. Restaurants were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay at the Sanctuary! The room was cozy, comfortable and super quiet. The shower was amazing too! Love the cute rooftop upstairs and all staff were very hospitable. Great location to all. Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk customer service was awesome, great information and tips for daily activities.

We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. It had plenty of room, a closet for each my husband and me to hang our clothes, two sinks, and plenty of space to get ready. We loved the decor, staff, and restaraunts available for us. Location was also perfect to grab the subway, or go see a show on Broadway. We only had to take a car to and from the airport. Which, they also will help you arrange. We will return here!

Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Sneaky surcharge at check in. Carpet in room looked gross so I wore my shoes in the tiny tiny room. Expensive breakfast was only passable. Generally expected more for the price.

Small rooms and strange red, black and leather decor. Elevators are like closets and you have to switch elevators to get to rooms on the other side of the property. Odd long winding hallways and just a disjointed layout. Just not what you'd expect for a place named The Sanctuary. However, the staff was accommodating and the location is great.

More than one Person. Bed was not comfortable at all. Fridge did not work at all. Had to use a key to unlock just to get into it. Cost to much in room Snacks. For the price and location of hotel It needs to be a lot better. Will not stay again.

i didn’t like the dark hallways & elevator!

Location is perfect, yards from Times Square and the subway station, yet the noise is kept out. Staff were amazingly friendly too. We felt as though there could have been more storage space in the room, a mirror in the main room area would help and also another shower attachment rather than just the rainfall shower head. The hotel’s overall ambiance was too dark for us too, if it was brighter and slightly more modern it’d definitely be a 9 or 10 out of 10.

Great staff and property, local to Times Square

An overall great experience. Room was somewhat on the small side and we had a shower door that wouldn’t shut all the way, but all in all a very nice place to stay with some strong food options in house
