The best part of the hotel stay was the staff at the front desk. They were always accommodating and very pleasant. They allowed for a very early check in in and I was grateful for that. The TV's-they never worked properly and impossible to figure out getting the channels or channel guide, Even one of the staff I had to call to help me acknowledged they get a lot of calls on this issue. The batteries needed changing on the bedroom remote. The bathroom vent did not work-so you take a shower and the mirrors are fogged up. Kitchen-an outlet not working. This is a very old building so they need to do more maintenance checks on these suites to be sure all is properly functioning.

Great location, close to everything! Easy to find restaurants, taxis, grocery shops. The room was big, the kitchen had clean dishes and small things like hangers, clock, soap . very helpful desk staff. A lot of washing machines and dryer s that are complementary. There is a nice rooftop with a lovely view on the manhattan skyline and had great food. Nice gym. was a Good value for money The sofa bad is not good for people to sleep on. We were 3 people. A couple with our teenager. She suffered from the sofa and had a bad sleep. The bedroom was comfortable, so don’t plan on sleeping on the sofa. There was a water brake day after our arrival that was hard. The distance between the bathroom door and the bed is very small and not comfortable. Cleaning only once a week.

Lots of space for NYC, staff was excellent especially Hector and Nelson. They quickly became new friends. In the one bedroom we stayed the only bathroom was accessible through the bedroom which wasn’t ideal but was ok

I didn’t stay and they didn’t help offer me anything as my circumstances involved smoke from fires and a broken AC. El único comentario a tener en cuenta es que queda bastante lejos de las estaciones de subte, aunque hay un ómnibus que atraviesa Manhattan de este a oeste enfrente pero la frecuencia depende del tránsito.

Location and confort of the spaces, really a special place to stay! The Ophelia bar at the top of the building is a great plus to have a date night! Nothing, I really like the rooms.

The location is very central and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the overall cleanliness was good. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work during the first few days of our stay. The staff had to come twice before the issue was finally resolved. The double bed was quite small as well as noisy and a bit uncomfortable

The shower was broken when we checked in, there were issues with the stove and oven periodically not working. Do not expect to do much cooking if you had planned.

Spacious comfortable apartment, friendly attentive staff , coffee machine in foyer , laundry facility , luggage storage All good , had to walk about 10- 15 minutes to get to the metro but felt safe.

I had a beautiful sunny room with a kitchen and a beautiful view.the mattress is comfortable, the property is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property has a great roof top with a view to not miss, they serve food and drinks. The hotel is walking distance to so so many things, you are in a residential area yet just a few blocks away you can be in more vibrant shopping areas, restaurants etc etc… Now that I know this hotel it will become my home away from home

The front desk, service staff, cleaners, security were kind and accomodating. The musty smell in the basement - and the dust and cockroaches in the Stair case.
