Such a well located iconic hotel. Loved the decor. The bed was super comfy. The room we stayed in had an excellent view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!

Amazing location and room. Great bed and bedding. Gemma restaurant very good and great for people watching. Great service. Reception very helpful. Gym was a little tired with one exercise mat only and a bit of a basement feel but it is NYC and gyms are usually only ok. Housekeeping should have been much better.

Most beautiful room I've ever stayed in. Convenient location to NOHO, SOHO, Washington Square, and NYU. Check-in was 3:00, but didn't get into the room until 4:30.
