Wonderful experience. The cafe downstairs has a yummy breakfast. There’s also an amazing bakery next door. I transferred to this hotel after staying in a dark room elsewhere. The large windows and light at this hotel were a welcome change. For people scent sensitive, heads up that it smells good but is a fragrant spot. Luckily, it didn’t trigger a headache for me. I’d stay again.

The location was great for visiting the New Museum and many fun restaurants. The staff was super friendly but only when we wanted to engage. The breakfast was good. Sleeping was easy with super comfy beds and light cancelling curtains. Bathroom is roomy. And the building is great looking.

Excellent nyc hotel. Great east village location. Housekeeping was first rate. I usually have low expectations for NYC hotels. This hotel would be good anywhere, and for NYC it was exceptionally
