Staff was friendly and location was very convenient, Several restaurant options and WTC within walking distance. Close to multiple subway lines. Bar area was nice for watching the world cup. Rooms are a bit dark even with all lights turned on. Purchased an $8 LED desk lamp at Target for my 5 day stay, which which made evening laptop work at the desk tolerable.

Everything was amazing! Great price for the room. It was small but clean and intentional. The bathroom was very nice too which, to me, is one of the most important parts of hotels.

Amazing location, walking distance to WTC, subway, very helpful staff, got a room upgrade with amazing view. Room was beautiful, plenty of space. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.

This is definitely a place with a great atmosphere, beautiful aesthetics, and an overall enjoyable experience. One aspect I did not enjoy about the experience was that the room was very dimly lit. The space would benefit from better lighting, especially for guests who want to take pictures in the mirror. Improving the lighting would enhance the overall experience.

Great location by the subway with a short walk to Brocklyn bridge and the financial district. Very helpful staff Slight suggestion would be to have an ice machine - especially for hot summer season.
