Shampoo but no conditioner? For $500 per night I'm thinking you can spring for both. It seemed they welcome male travelers. Do you not have any women booking? Not this one anymore!

Amazing stay, breakfast purchase in advance is a good deal given the area of town you're in. The views are amazing.

Pleasantly enjoyed my stay at the cloud one. Right next to the World Trade Center so if you get a corner room it’s well worth it and it’s very close to garages and stores including a 24/7 7/11! Definitely plan on staying again here.

Elena at the front desk allowed us to check in early. she was very gracious and kind. the hotel’s coffee shop 2-men staff were very polite and patient. the hotel is walking distance to the 9/11 memorial museum and the I ❤️ NY Gift Shop and also walking distance to shops, groceries deli. It’s a very good location…Value for Money. I forgot to take photos of the room nothing
