It was more or less clean, though the towel wasn't. The noise was just atrocious. Every hour after 8 pm there was someone playing a video game in the hallway. It was really disruptive and we all couldn't sleep well.. One of the towels want clean, either.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for walking to the pier for our cruise. There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops, etc.

Good for access to ferry port. Staff were pleasant. Room was ok. Breakfast was a bagged meal of either a sandwich or a cream cheese bagel. Not typical fare for British people!

It was a perfect stay. The facilities are nice and well maintained. Was delighted to see my room had a bathtub and there was plenty of hot water. Helpful staff, etc. Def going back.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I stayed in the basement level, C, and it was very loud. But aside from that it was clean and comfortable.

The Lodge is a very basic hotel that is quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The price was good. The breakfast has gotten worse since they started handing it out in brown bags. Last time we stayed there, the outside doors were open so there wasn't good security in that regard. We reported that issue to the staff, but when we returned the next time, the outside doors leading to the parking lot were still open.

So handy with a short walk to the ferry to get over to manhattan Nothing would recommend

Very clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. The extraordinary and unnecessary long time it takes to get your security deposit back. Still waiting after almost 3 weeks. The norm is 3 day. Unfortunately will not stay again or recommend to other travellers.
