Thermostat - BAD lowest it can go to is 68 and is motion detectedq. t turns off The property is newly built which is nice. However, the thermostat does not go beyond 68 and is automatic meaning it would only be turned on if there were people in the room and even if there were people if it reached d 68 then it turns off. THIS WAS NOT

On line says shuttle available until 11pm. Both times i had to use uber because shuttle was not working

Could have had more amenities, such as, bottled water and small bottle of lotion.

Brand new hotel, perfect locatio to ontario airport

This hotel charges me for a booking that I did even use. I booked this hotel and when I called to verify my booking and to see if they had any rooms available before I went to the hotel. The rep Sierra gave an attitude and told me the hotel was full and I should cancel my booking. It was not a prepaid booking. It was pay at the hotel. I tried cancelling the booking thru the original company. And see the hotel went in and still charged my card. When I was told they were full. I requested a refund and have not received it as of yet. The hotel charged my card a week later. If you could not accommodate my booking you should not be charging me. I’m extremely upset about this charge. And would still like my refund. And will never book at this hotel again

This place is new but the area was not that well maintained. Hope they add more staff because the hotel is beautiful.

Other than a few ants in my 1st room in which I was immediately given a new room, it was a lovely stay. The hotel had a shuttle that was great for getting around to nearby locations! The airport was also very close! A nice area as well!

Amazing! Room so comfortable. Breakfast delicious. The lighting in bathroom has auto nightlight for moving about in the dark allowing less disturbance to others sleeping. An extra 'THANK YOU' to Melissa! Appreciate you and learning more about the property. Hoping my next stay is longer.

The pool and hot tub were very clean. The room was spacious, clean and eco friendly. The breakfast was tasty and included new items daily. The staff, bar and food were wonderful. Location to the airport was great. We will definitely be visiting again.
