Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown

I appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the property.

The hotel itself does a wonderful job of blending modern comfort with the area's historic vibe. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a very comfortable bed and crisp linens. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the second we walked through the door, offering great tips for exploring Richmond. Having the Bistro on-site was super convenient for grabbing a quick morning coffee and breakfast before heading out. Whether you are visiting for work or leisure, this hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Richmond. We will definitely be staying here again!

I just stayed one night it was fine

The staff was super mega friendly and professional, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a queen.

The stay was very nice, the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful!

The location was great -- we could walk to everything. Parking was close-by, and the lobby was easily accessible. The Wi-Fi was weak. Not really a dislike, but it definitely could be upgraded.

It was a very nice stay the only thing I wish they would have had a continental breakfast.

The bed was super comfy, the room, the towels were super sift, the room was spacious and the bathroom products smelled beautiful Wish I could have stayed longer

Great hotel typically a Hilton traveler, but Marriott maybe my next choice!

The location of this property is pretty great for getting around this part of the city on foot. Our check-in experience was not good. We arrived after 4:30 and they didn't have a room available. We sat in the lobby in front of the front desk for a half hour until I went back up to the front desk to see if we could store our bags only to find that they suddenly had a room ready. The property and staff overall were nice. I recommend parking in the garage across the street (if you don't mind carrying your bags across the street) for $12/night instead of valeting for $44.

It was clean and secure. All staff were very friendly. The bathroom light flickered and was not working as it should. The door to the desk where the refrigerator was located was hanging off the hinge and the bed was hard and not comfortable

Excellent front desk staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean and modernized.

Comfortable The lady from front desk, i think her name was Bautista. Bad manners. She gave me my bag, she did not even tell me what the $250 charge was for? Despite the room been already paid for.

Great location and lots to do in walking distance.

Otherwise, food, staff, and building were great!

The WiFi was real slow. And I could hear through the walls.
