The location was great and the property was very clean and well kept. Many of the rooms have poor views because the windows are facing another buildings wall that’s only an alley apart.

Valet parking is not cheap....even worse if you have a SUV or a pickup truck.

Everything was clean and the staff did a great job. But the guest know that you don’t have a parking lot or a pool 🏊♂️ I saw on the advertisement that there was a pool, but when we checked in. We found out that there was no pool 😢. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.

Nice location in downtown Richmond with plenty of dining options nearby. There’s also ample public parking available at convenient and affordable rates.

Excellently maintained hotel in a cool part of town. Staff seems genuinely happy to serve. Shockhoe Bottom area is still a little sketchy, but we felt super safe and refreshed. Excellent Marriott Courtyard!

I was able to check in several hours early, the staff was super friendly and gave restaurant suggestions and a map of town. Building and room was clean and secure. Had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

The hotel itself does a wonderful job of blending modern comfort with the area's historic vibe. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a very comfortable bed and crisp linens. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the second we walked through the door, offering great tips for exploring Richmond. Having the Bistro on-site was super convenient for grabbing a quick morning coffee and breakfast before heading out. Whether you are visiting for work or leisure, this hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Richmond. We will definitely be staying here again!
