The Staff including the cleaning and front desk staff were courtesy and positive. The breakfast had a large variety from waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and coffee. Our room was clean and quiet.

Horrible, stains all over floor.

Had absolutely no hot water to shower with and our comforters on both beds had questionable stains on them. Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again.

Expedia listing states there is a heated rooftop pool-there is no pool. Otherwise a pretty typical reliable Hampton Inn location.

Parking is a hassle and I had difficulty finding entrance and lobby. I am not used to downtown buildings.

Hotel was in a good location; near public transportation; breakfast was good & variety of items; housekeeping was not done unless requested; AC (in room) was out for most of my stay.

There was no lighting in the bedroom, except for lights by the headboard. That made it impossible to do anything in the bedroom that required any type of light at all. There was no makeup mirror in the bathroom The curtains did not close to block out light There was no drawer space for clothes. Will not return!

Location of hotel and staff plus size of room. Lack of USB or USC charge points near bed.

Breakfast is included but leaves a bit to be desired. Also the reception desk was unattended in the morning.
