The property was great, however the company they use for valet parking was very poorly run. Unfortunately that tarnished the stay somewhat due to the poor service.

Great location, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking nearby This is now my third stay at this location and while I do enjoy the visit itself every time, checking in and out has seemed to become a headache every time I visit. I’m not sure if it is something that happens with booking through Booking.com, but for some reason the full amount of my stay is always billed upon checking in, even though I pre pay for my stay months in advance. It is fine if that is company policy, but it has never been disclosed to me and always comes as a surprise to me when checking my bank statement. This is now the 2nd time I have had that “temporary hold” actually charged to my account where I have had to verbally request it be refunded to my account days after checking out. Going through this process at the front desk has caused check in/ out to take up to 20 minutes several times now for me, and it is the only hotel I have ever stayed at where it is done this way instead of a flat $50 or so per night as a security hold. While I do enjoy this location a lot, occurrences like this repeatedly happening are decreasing my likelihood of wanting to stay at this location in the coming years. Any feedback regarding these processes and policies would be much appreciated, and I hope to get some clarification on them so I can continue to look forward to staying at this hotel.

Paying 50.00 to park for like 7 hours....a bit much. Toilet was broke. Check in was inconvenient

This facility lived up to its name. It was inviting, clean, and comfortable and I was not disappointed in my stay there. I would have loved to stay here for a few extra days.

This stay was as excellent as I have come to expect.

Bar Nothing

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Hotel was clean. Valet was quick retrieving our vehicle. There were two areas within the gym where the ceiling was leaking & buckets were set up to catch the water.

Be sure to use the gym. Easy temperature control in the room. Staff hands out free 250ml bottles water in the lobby or you can grab them yourself. Starbucks right in the lobby. Big room size. Very clean and location very central.

It was across the street from the convention center and the restaurant was excellent.
