Room and hotel were clean and nice. My only complaint was the bar closing early on the night I stayed which I and several guests were there for a concert and all came back to the hotel and was going to get a drink or two at the hotel bar before going to our rooms but they closed. Just a disappointment because from what I know of Moxy hotels they are usually a more lively hotel with a social scene.

The property itself was such a fun vibe and clean! It has great spaces, whether you want to play games and share a cocktail with others to relaxing by the fireplace, they have it all. The staff is so welcoming and kind throughout the stay. They provided restaurant and night life recommendations. The room was great and had everything you would need for a stay. N/A

room was very clean and had everything i needed they were not very hospitable. front desk staff when i arrived was very snarky. i was promised by the hotel that i could be accommodated with a 2 pm check-in. when i arrived they shrugged their shoulders, said "things change and we can't guarantee that" even though I was messaged a month before my booking saying it could be accommodated. I was then told to sit and wait and that "I would not be judged" for sitting and waiting until 3 pm for a room. there were definitely rooms ready but there seemed to be so much rigidity in a 3 pm check in which led to a very long line for check in. the check in process was not very efficient at all. I was disappointed with this.

Loved how unique this hotel was!

This is definitely a niche hotel. Very hip and aesthetically appealing. It evoked the the sensation of fun and matched the vibe sense I was in town to see Dope Lemon at The National. The staff was kind and helpful. My only caveat was a slight mildew odor in my room. I used my personal room spray and that helped. There's a cozy pub across directly across the street and a few other eats walking distance. Overall the hotel Is amazing and worth a booking. A one of a kind of experience.

Room was clean and lounge area is nice.
-
For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price

Nice hotel. Very convenient for dining out.
-
Pictures in rooms were not appropriate for families. Bed setup was odd. I think omit was office building gingered to hotel? Nonissues with cleanliness and very convenient if you are attending conference in convention center.
-
Front desk staff was absolutely welcoming and amazing! Even memorized my voice from one phone call and called me by name upon me walking through the door. I will definitely be back with my family.
-
Great downtown location. Historic. Cool decor. It was fine, but our view was of the mechanicals (a/c and ventilation system on the lower roof.
