Omni Richmond Hotel

I paid extra for a view of the river from 19th floor, and it did not disappoint. However, there was no hairdryer, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The restaurant’s staff never came to seat us for breakfast…we waited ten minutes then went next door to Starbucks. For what I paid I expected better service.

Rooms were clean but a bit dated , had some issues with the toilet in the bathroom flushing and some filter fan was hanging out of the ceiling with an inch or too gap. Good location, but ok. Doesn’t compare to other Omni hotels we stayed at.

Clean, comfortable, great friendly staff No microwave in room. I didn’t like having to leave the room to use a microwave.

The room and bathroom were very clean as was the exercise room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The valer parking was well worth the cost. It was a pleasure to have staff handle the luggage cart both upon arrival and at departure .

Try it out, the hospitality is amazing. Also if you want to try out the gym and pool they’ll be truly to your liking.

This was our first stay at this hotel and from the time we walked into the hotel until we left, it was a perfect place. Our room was exceptionally and the bed was like lying in a cloud. The front desk was always helpful and the staff were very friendly. We used the indoor pool and really enjoyed it as well. Housekeeping staff were very polite and kept our room very clean. The entire hotel is highly recommended.

Location $ of parking

Though overall, my stay at the Omni was incredible, please make sure to request a refrigerator if you need one. I was very disappointed to learn that refrigerators are not automatically provided and must be requested for an additional daily fee. I was also surprised that Wi-Fi comes with an additional charge. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect these basic amenities to be included with the stay.

Good location, friendly staff

We stayed there the night of a concert at the amphitheater. It was an easy walk to and from. The bed was extremely comfortable!! And the shower pressure was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. Plus you can have car ready by texting the valet number and it will be ready right out front for you.
