Omni Richmond Hotel

The indoor patio restaurant and the indoor roof top pool were hits with our family. We will definitely use the Omni next time we are in Richmond and will look for this chain in our travels.

The free drink was a great welcome touch!

Staff, location, cleanliness and ambiance were all spot on. The Internet and TV channels needed much to be desired.

Beautiful building, great access to food and other needs.

Hotel did not have a record of my booking.com reservation. Had to pay for a room two times - once through booking.com and a second time at the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast buffet was good and the staff was outstandingly polite and friendly. But a 20 % service charge was a surprise. Why not just raise the price of the breakfast $4, from $22 to $26? I might not have even noticed. I can afford it. Service charges and mandatory pre-figured gratuities are going to send me to Waffle House.

"Everything went well!"

My fiancé and I stayed one night for a short weekend getaway. The location was great! We got a room on the 15th floor, and the views were amazing! Everyone was very helpful and quick to answer any questions, and provide assistance.

The area is ok. Staff is friendly.. amenities fair..it was noisy at night..the elevator was the worse.

Very clean hotel. I loved that the restaurant and Starbucks was right downstairs which made things very easy.

Best of the best !!!
