Very nice accommodations. A few "stone face" employees but other than that, a nice stay.

This is a great hotel. Perfect location. Clean. Courteous staff. Beautiful rooftop bar. And quiet at night.

Expensive for what it is. Appreciate costs are up. For this money I would respect a reasonable coffee in the room not instant which tastes horrible.

Always a great stay at the Graduate in Richmond. Location, comfort, cleanliness and customer service are top notch.

The location downtown was great. The room was comfortable, personalized, but not too busy or crowded. Really enjoyed the staff & views. I will be back!

I didn't have hot water. When I reported it, they told me to run both the shower and sink but it still never got close to even warm. I was too tired to move rooms but they offered it.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Just check your bill. I paid for free breakfast, but was still charged and realized too late to dispute.

Everything within the hotel was very good, our only problem, for us was a big one, my wife and I were travelling on motorcycles, the hotel operates a valet parking system only. They have nowhere to park motorcycles, eventually we were allowed to park our bikes in a corner of the loading dock and we're still charged a valet parking fee. Really not happy with this.

The stay was fine for just one night. The bathroom needed some TLC for sure, and if I was staying for longer I would've asked for a different room. I stay in a lot of hotels, and a lot of Graduates across the country for my line of work, and this was the first one where I could tell it was aging. The staff was very friendly and helpful! But I wouldn't go into this stay with high standards.

The hotel was decently maintained. There was some dust on my headboard and a wet spot near the refrigerator but other than that the room was comfortable. The rooftop bar was a blast, food decent enough after a long day of driving. All of the staff was super friendly, elevators were fast, valet was fast and organized. I'd stay again for a quick trip.

The tv kept going offline. The front desk said they emailed receipt but never received. Tight bathroom
