Loved it! Everything about it was amazing

Location isn’t the best to safely walk & shop.

Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag.

A uniquely beautiful property. Probably the finest renovation of an historic structure I have ever seen. The pink motif dovetails perfectly with the building. The amenities, including the reverse osmosis water available in a self-serve fashion on every floor, was great! An excellent espresso bar, too.

The name suits the hotel - a bit quirky with a cheerful decor. The staff was great. The room had nice high ceilings. We could hear our neighbors but the noise machine in the room helped. The sink faucet was a little inconvenient - made the sink counter wet. All in all, a nice place near good restaurants.

I really enjoyed the decor and ambiance! The filtered water on my floor was wonderful!

The room was large but not any hooks in the bathroom except in the shower! And water went all over the floor while showering. BUT we loved Richmond and will be back. Just not at the Quirk.

Coffe and breakfast were delicious

Window shades were broken, couldn't open or close. No showercap, slippers. No bathrobes.

Place was worn and neglected, sloppy paint, dreary rooms, filthy windows, location of bathroom was frustrating, ony one trash can, stain on sheets. Well past its prime

Staff were so kind and respectful! Really made the experience great.

We were very appreciative of the service and solicitousness of the front desk. They were very professional and a showcase of Southern hospitality .

My Wife and I booked this hotel because our 6 year old loves the color pink. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, from it's location, to the Staff at every level from the front desk to the bartenders and kitchen staff. They were AMAZING and handled any issues with grace and initiative. Our daughter loves the piano and the art gallery, but also playing hopscotch in the courtyard. Also Super Mario with the Valet service is pretty awesome! This hotel is in a great location, and we would have done more local exploring in the vicinity of the hotel itself, had it not been for the extreme heat. 10/10 we will come back and stay with them again, especially for the giant pink Christmas tree in December that Kiddo is now obsessed with!

The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location.

This is such a beautiful boutique-type hotel in a well appointed building that used to be a luxury department store. Lots of cool design elements and high ceilings in bedrooms. Bed/room/bathroom all very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates and maintenance in areas. Amazing rooftop bar. I will definitely stay again!
