Quirk Hotel Richmond

We used to visit the Bar quite often when we lived in Richmond, so know the hotel well! Just the name "Quirk" indicates a fun establishment‼️

Great location, really pretty lobby and decorating scheme. Beds and sheets were extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel is gem! Rooms are gorgeous and very well appointed. Staff is so friendly and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay!!

My stay was short but very pleasant. The staff members were helpful, and I loved the location - in the arts district.

Cool spot and nice restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and checking out the shops/bars nearby. We have been coming here for years and always enjoy it.

Because I had a clogged bathroom sink drain, I reduced the maintenance rating by one star (it didn't drain properly when I checked in) - but staff immediately took care of the problem when I reported it the following day. I also liked the location, with nearby restaurants.

Pretty hotel and front desk and maintenance staff ver helpful and accommodating when I requested a room move..bathroom shower was poor..bar staff very nice…the bathroom needs more towel hooks

Experience, atmosphere and staff are what makes this a top notch hotel. Highly recommended!

it would be nice to have shade on the roof top bar better menu

Over priced. Carpeting old, rooms with outlets that done work. Dirty linens. Rooms not serviced even after being out all day, returning to a dirty room. Would have had a better stay at another hotel. Parking was $30 a day.

It was a great hotel. Walkable to restaurants. Great rooftop bar.

Love the hotel but had a bad experience at the restaurant…. Took over an hour for one course to come out after letting the staff know that we had a Theatre reservation. The restaurant manager had a bit of an attitude, but when I checked out of the hotel this morning, the person on duty made sure to take care of the my restaurant bill and was extremely apologetic.

We arrived 2.5 hours early and our room was ready for us. The hotel lobby was decorated so uniquely with such good taste that I could not even take in all of the adorable details.The room and bathroom were very large with high ceilings and was clean. The staff was friendly at every encounter including the valets. The downstairs bar was beautiful and the bartender was so very nice. We got the appetizer of their homemade potato chips and onion dip which was so very delicious. The rooftop bar had an amazing view and an equally friendly bartender. The cafe made me the best latte I have probably had. Only two complaints would be that the pillows for sleeping were very uncomfortable and the gnats at the rooftop bar were plentiful and very annoying. Could use some pest control up there. This hotel is phenomenal and you would not have to even leave it for your needs!

It was a cute property. Bathroom is a bit small. The room was mostly clean with some hair here & there. We asked for a room away from the front but we were placed in a room facing the front street. Both nights we heard commotion from the outside. The bartender was not so friendly the first night and the rooftop was closed due to rain. Which we completely understand but that was the main reason we booked the hotel. Overall our stay was comfortable.
