A full kitchen and laundry makes the stay easy. Staff was responsive to all inquiries quickly and efficiently.

What I saw in the photos, I felt didn't tell the story of my room. There were no upstairs downstairs, just a large airy space almost like a gym; I didn't mind seeing the pipes but someone else might so I mention them. The furniture was not as new as the photos suggested, the bed was fine which counts and the rooms were clean. This was my first outing since a stroke and covid and I found it hard to accept no daily upkeep of the room. I guess it's another thing we've lost to that phoney experience. I spent nights in hotels for 20 years previous to this time so I may not be the guy to answer all the questions. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it is very close to Savannah's activities. I use a cane and got around just fine; but the view may have been different when they built the hotel. The cost may be a little high or not,but it won't break the bank.

We pulled up to The Ann and we were greeted by Miss Ty in valet with a smile and she was also very helpful at the front desk during checking out. Checking in was a smooth process again greeted by a friendly smile. It is located within walking distance to the river front and most of the historic district. Zack the manager in valet was so friendly and helpful with information any time we asked about things around the city. We had a one-bedroom apartment, and the styling and decor was like being in a model home very clean. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and made for a wonderful night's sleep. The full-size kitchen was equipped with everything (except food, but a market is close by) you needed to make a meal and was nice as we stayed 4 nights and got a little tired of eating out all the time. The unit also had a washer and dryer in it which was a bonus and they even provided the detergent. As I will be visiting Savannah again in the near future The Ann will definitely be my go-to place to stay, the staff ever single person we met was wonderful, and layout is the great.

Cons: 1) location, didn’t feel safe and we even saw a car get broken into right outside the hotel 2)service at the hotel cafe - it didn’t seem like anyone was interested in helping customers and we stopped by 3 times.

2B 2B is excellent. One master bedroom and a bathroom inside. Another bedroom with a seperate bathroom. The property looks new.

It was the perfect loft apartment! Clean, cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately my TV did not work and I checked in late and departed in the morning. It was a short stay. I would highly recommend the hotel to others. Close to restaurants.

It felt like at home.

The room was nice but it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The building was also in an area away from River street and our view was of a run down apartment complex, not the river and downtown area like I was expecting. Made walking somewhat questionable because it wasn’t in a great neighborhood and was further away from the river and parks area than expected.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for the money. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We liked the size of our room

We had an amazing stay at The Ann in Savannah! The property was absolutely beautiful; the rooms were very spacious !!

The lack of formality or security at the entrance was a bit weird...no one really around. But the building and apartment were beautiful, and the valet situation was easy. The adjacent cafe was tasty and convenient, so I give it all a big thumbs up. In fact, planning to stay again next June.

We had the 4 bedroom suite - 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 upstairs. The apartment was spacious and clean. House keeping only comes on day 7. There is a pool however it is being redone. Front desk was not very friendly.

This property is one of the best that I’ve had the pleasure of staying. It is indeed worth a visit.

Clean. Convenient to restaurants and things to do. Great set up for 8 of us plus our pup.

Absolutely amazing experience and from the front desk to valet!!! Top tier and exceptional customer service!!! The restaurant on site makes the best caramel macchiato and will give Starbucks a run for the money!!!
