The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

We could not get into our room at check in time after traveling all day. There were no towels at the pool, staff giving out refreshments were rude, no body wash in the shower, & they wanted you to pay to watch fireworks from the grounds!!! Drinks were also extremely overpriced! A short Tito‘s press they charged $20! Kids very young were in the hot tub without supervision.

Overall we did like the hotel, the location and the majority of the staff, however, we were there 5 days and we only had our room cleaned once. We had to hunt people down or go to the front desk to get clean towels, or have someone come empty our trash, and there were 4 people in our room but they would only ever give us stuff (towels, coffee, coffee cups) for 2?

The sheets and duvet in our room were frayed. Additionally, the bottom sheet was not fitted and was not large enough to stay tucked in. The breakfast at the hotel was OK but only a shadow of the past.

I booked through Expedia and thought I added breakfast, at the property they told me I did not. It worked out for the best, we tried to go one morning and it was an hour wait.

Stopped here for a day/night during the 4th of July weekend! Lots of fun activities for the kids and Nika (staff) was wonderful and very friendly

We stayed one night at the Westin with breakfast included. The extra cost for breakfast was so worth it. So many amazing and delicious options. We had a wonderful stay here with a view of river street, relaxing, rejuvenating. The staff was friendly, helpful and valet went above and beyond to help us secure a taxi, which apparently no one uses anymore, for a surprise dinner reservation. Have stayed here several times and would again and again hands down!

My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. I feel for the price of the stay and fact I had to call each day this should have been addressed.

Our server at the Aqua restaurant, Patrice, was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. She was probably the biggest highlight of our already phenomenal experience at the hotel!

Breakfast at the buffet was spectacular, however I was charged for something with my incidentals and dont know what it was. They owe me monhey

We had a great time. We were staying there for a dance competition, and enjoyed the pool, eating, and the river view.

The hotel looks dated, not ideal given the per night rate. Our bedroom was very dusty, carpet was not clean, bathroom very musty, and AC did not work. Also, the bedsheets had holes in them, and stains.

2. No Courtesy Coffer offered in Lobby 3. Room had 2 packs of coffee, no adequate supply of condiments 4. Parking was secured by gate that used room card for entry and exit. Because the card reader was low to ground, for large cars, driver had to open door and get out to reach card reader. 5. No free breakfast for high priced rooms! The hotel is extremely overpriced and you have to pay for everything: room, parking, guest fees, etc. nothing is free or offered. Save your money and go to a hotel that wants you there. We never felt wanted or respected at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean. Smells awesome when you walk in!

The carpet in our room was not clean. It had a beer cap on the floor. There were small bits of paper at the door and beside the bed, the bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. We kept our socks on and walked on a mat. However, the biggest disappointment was your restaurant on the second floor, where we had lunch. The staff were unfriendly. The service was slow and no one enjoyed their meal. My wife's meal was cold, myself and one other person had the same dish and it was greasy and barely hot. The hostess was unfriendly and un accommodating. There were only two tables in the restaurant that had anyone sitting at them. We requested the table in front of the window. There was four of us, and she refused, saying that it was not set up after we were seated at another table, less than 10 minutes later, a couple came in and they seated them at the very table that we had requested. I think it's very poor service not to accommodate your customers when it is within reason.
