Staff is extremely helpful and courteous! Property is well managed with a list of rules that residents must follow. Pet friendly with a number of guests having pets that were under control and cordial. Having a regular sized refrigerator and kitchenette sealed the deal for me. One of the best stays I’ve ever had and will be staying again.

Great value and location but be patient and set realistic expectations. The staff is great and were always kind, friendly and professional. Brooklyn was very helpful with some special requests, Please note that you will need to come prepared for kitchen stovetop that requires induction pots, pans and skillets which were not available during our stay. Overall, I strongly recommend this option mainly because of the staff and its value.

Lobby access is very limited. You can only get in during a short window, roughly 11am to 2pm. Outside those hours you have to wait for someone to arrive, unlock the door, and open the gated window. Plan any front desk needs around that, including check-in. The WiFi is unusably slow, around 10mbps. You cannot even watch an Instagram short. Basic email might work if nothing is urgent and there are no images, but Teams and Zoom would not even log in. If you need to work remotely, do not count on the internet here. The room was billed as having a double bed, but one side was pushed against the wall, so realistically only one person can sleep in it. If you are booking for two, keep that in mind. The fitness center was dark and essentially empty. No free weights, no mats, no bench, just the water fountain. Smoke odor (of all varieties) in supposedly non-smoking rooms and common areas.

ATTENTION....DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN ROOM AT CHECKING OUT... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL ITEMS....THE ITEM I LEFT WAS STOLEN...FRONT DESK WAS NOTIFIED..HOUSEKEEPING APPARENTLY DIDN'T TURN IN MY ITEM WHICH IS SENTIMENTAL TO ME...BUT OBVIOUSLY A COVER UP....FOR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

The GOOD: the place was really clean and the employees were friendly. The BAD: the beds are worn out and so are the pillows. After 2 nights sleeping on the “mattress,” I could barely walk because of hip pain but had to tough it out the rest of my stay because they would not offer a refund for the remaining nights. The UGLY: the walls and floors are tissue paper thin. You WILL hear your neighbors pillow talk at all hours. You WILL hear basic conversations all day and night since some of the “residents” are not working. Therefore, they stay up all night long. You will hear the people above you walking around all night. You will not sleep in this hotel. Furthermore, after the first night of no sleep and extreme discomfort, I asked for a refund so I could relocate to another place for the remainder of my business trip only to be told there are no refunds! I have to return to the Winston area in a few months for another week, but I’ll 100% stay somewhere else.

Great customer service and room was clean

This was a horrible hotel!! Nothing was clean the floors in the room were sticky! Stains everywhere on the bed, floor, and ac unit! Also the bathroom tub had mold in it!! Parts of the shower was disconnected! This was unacceptable!! Even the grounds of the hotel was chipping paint and looked like it was not properly maintained!! We will never stay here!! We literally took checked in and less then 30 mins later left and found another hotel as this one was just terrible and we could not stay!!

The power went out for hours, for it to be founded in 2024, should've had a generator. Didn't appreciate being in the dark and unable enjoy Tv, Ac, and it was extremely hot

My stay was perfect. The staff was professional. My room was perfect. I wish I could of stayed longer.

Unable to use bathroom, no.ice trays and no clean towels unless I stayed 3 days or more

Overall, a nice amd clean place to stay for an extended time. Obtaining cleans towels was a challenge as we were not advised about an exchange system. Additionally, when needing towels, we were told they they were being laundered and to check back later. The TV operated on satellite and did not work during our stay. Another note, rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks. So, if you are an athlete needing lots of towels and bedding changed frequently, this may not be for you.

We had no TV to watch water on hot Luke warm and there was no dishes or pots and pans you have to buy them plus it's a cashless place only staff was excellent they did try to get our tv working ovèrall I don't think I will ever go there again

When I arrived to my room it was suppose to be a non-smoking room and smell like someone smoke in there. I reposted it and they switched my room.

The hotel room was clean and I liked how there was a kitchen and fridge in the room. I didn't use the gym but it had treadmills which is nice. The hotel felt safe because you needed your room key to enter the building. The workers were nice and helpful and it is in a good location.

if you are looking for something with less amenities this is the place. Not as advertised and this establishment did not give me the room I reserved.
