Didn’t even get to check in. Door was locked when we got there and nobody even called to let us know. had to find new hotel on the spot.

We arrived at 420pm. Did. It get checked in until 530ish. Staff was super unprepared as they “didn’t know it was a game this weekend”. They did accommodate a late checkout though so that gave them some points back. Staff were disheveled from being understaffed. The company needs to do better for their staff. Really felt bad for them.

Staff met us at night window after I called, even though we had messaged what time we would be there. She was kind and efficient, no problems there. We were told we had the last room available. None of the electricity to outlets or lights were working. We used light from bathroom to find the fuse box and managed to get kitchen appliances back on. Lights and other outlets never worked. We were exhausted and since it was last room we just went to bed. Middle of the night I got up and discovered giant puddle of water from ac unit on floor, which the electrical cord was now swimming in. To be safe I shut off the ac. Among all that there is the strangest sound of water leaking/running behind the wall at the head of the bed. A very loud, hot, dark night. When I called the 500 number to reach someone on site was told "thanks for letting me know". No other solutions or attempt to fix the problems. The room and inside hotel was very clean. Parking lot full of garbage and cigarette butts but I didn't have to sleep there. Sent email to hotel corporate and got no response.

Love woodspring I travel for work so having a place with so many amenities takes it easy. Also this hotel was clean and staff very friendly & helpful

We went to check in. It was late and were told we couldn’t be accommodated as our room type was no longer available. We were informed by an upset guest in the lobby that the rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes.

It is what it is a hotel where you get a better price but no luxury and have to do everything yourself take out trash change your sheets and they clean your room once every 2 weeks

I liked the price the place is peaceful and also the rooms they had everything inside. Another thing is close to the mall and restaurants

I love the inviting reception and the cleanliness of the lobby The elavator floors were dirty but not often they did clean them everything else was absolutely wonderful except my bed there was a imprint in the mattress so that made it hard to sleep

Just the location & Gabby was a pleasure! The fact that we changed rooms twice no air & soiled bed sheets. James the manager has yet to call me to discuss what happened , will never go back or recommend anyone to stay here, I think every guest had a dog but me, just not sanitary and that’s my opinion. Glad it was just an overnight stay
