WoodSpring Suites Winston-Salem near Hanes Mall

Its a welfare hotel. Left after 10 minutes.

My stay was perfect. The staff was professional. My room was perfect. I wish I could of stayed longer.

Unable to use bathroom, no.ice trays and no clean towels unless I stayed 3 days or more

Overall, a nice amd clean place to stay for an extended time. Obtaining cleans towels was a challenge as we were not advised about an exchange system. Additionally, when needing towels, we were told they they were being laundered and to check back later. The TV operated on satellite and did not work during our stay. Another note, rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks. So, if you are an athlete needing lots of towels and bedding changed frequently, this may not be for you.

We had no TV to watch water on hot Luke warm and there was no dishes or pots and pans you have to buy them plus it's a cashless place only staff was excellent they did try to get our tv working ovèrall I don't think I will ever go there again

When I arrived to my room it was suppose to be a non-smoking room and smell like someone smoke in there. I reposted it and they switched my room.

The hotel room was clean and I liked how there was a kitchen and fridge in the room. I didn't use the gym but it had treadmills which is nice. The hotel felt safe because you needed your room key to enter the building. The workers were nice and helpful and it is in a good location.

if you are looking for something with less amenities this is the place. Not as advertised and this establishment did not give me the room I reserved.

The room was nice and clean bed comfy lovely staff!

We weren’t told that they serve breakfast, but my husband got sick and had to go to the emergency room at Baptist Hospital so we had to put our keys in the dropbox and leave the hotel around 4 AM Not being told about the office being closed early and when we arrived,we were not told by the reservationist what we were supposed to do if the office was closed. That was a bit frightening since we had already paid. We discovered the phone hanging on the wall with the note giving us a number to call. Also, there were no washcloths in the bathroom and no number to call housekeeping.

We called the night before to check that checking in after midnight would be okay. However, when we arrived they told us we couldn’t check in and then our entire stay was canceled.

Wood springs would be very fortunate to have more managers like Nicole!

The staff was friendly while they were there. The company needs to inform the guest on their website that the front desk is not 24 hours.

Clean room

The room was clean but the hallway had an odor, an odd stench to it. The bed was LOW! I’m disabled and getting up from an excessively low bed is hard. The desk staff was nice and helpful.

Very clean and nice places to stay very comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal I loved everything

Was an excellent hotel to stay in. Very clean and organized and the one who checked me in she was fantastic. She was nice and friendly

The first room didn't have Air conditioning or working remote for the TV, the receptionist put us in a great room, quiet and comfortable and easily accessible to the elevator.

The hotel staff was very accommodating
