Very warm and welcoming hospitality. Every request was met quickly and with a positive attitude. Breakfast times were too short for us.

Excellent customer service! Thank you for your help

Nice staff Very far from Manhattan and located in a peripheral quarter of Brooklyn. Old building which needs to be renewed.
-
Staff was very nice. Clean spacious rooms. VERY OLD. was v expensive for what it was but most likely because of the holiday season and Shabatt.
-
Its good place to stay for family and with friends cause they are culturally people so its nice When we went at first day there was no microwave in room but they fixed next day
-
breakfast very good
-
Location, facilities in the bathrooms, breakfast options, set up for shabbat. Not enough comforters, poor insulation, uncomfortable beds, receptionist wasn't able to answer questions regarding shabbat.
-
Amazing breakfast, very clean, large living space with fridge dining table, couch, and desk. Good sized bedroom, as well. Looks a bit dated.
-
Very very helpful staff good location good value nice big rooms very clean and good breakfast Layout of TV and some furniture was odd

We got there and they told us they were closed for a Jewish holiday. Never mind we had booked online successfully a few days before. They did eventually let us have a room but only after more than an hour. Closed for holiday but didn’t let us know when we booked.
-
Very unique hotel with lots of room.
-
Some of my stuff that was left on the counter disappeared/went missing.
-
Clean and friendly staff, very accommodating Outdated, beds not very comfortable
-
The breakfast outstanding. The room was an apartment Very large. Very close to the train station. Only typical New York the sirens and cars tooting Was extremely annoying. Not something I’m used to hearing to this extent.
-
The staff and management very kind and helpful during one of the most stressful times in our lives. The breakfast buffet The best in the city and the serving staff went overboard to meet our dietary needs. We appreciated their hospitality immensely! Everything was fantastic!
-
The rooms were large in size. The kitchen was clean. The entrance was big and airy. The bathroom was decent, updated in the past 10 years. The rooms smelled old and musty. There were stains everywhere, walls, light switches, sheets and mattresses. The marttress felt like someone had put sheets on a cardboard box filled with coils and fluff. The rooms were just grimy and dusty. The furniture, carpet, and drapes were super aged and unattractive and questionable clean This hotel needs a deep cleaning and is in need of a renovation because is super dated and dirty. Pictures are seriously misleading.

Very spacious room and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train. Good breakfast. Felt safe. They even helped find us a driving service to the airport on New Year's very early morning. We enjoyed our stay! It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and maybe a microwave.
