Staff very coureous, friendly and take action immediately. Didn't like it when I noticed the carpet had not been vacuum well. It was taken care of immediately.

Good hotel in a great location. The gym was a bit under equipped, but the staff were friendly, rooms clean and food was decent.

The hotel was in a great location with the subway and ferry services a short walk away. It is in a good location for exploring attractions like the 9/11 Museum and the Statue of Liberty. Friendly staff on check in. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean and had a good bathroom. The room also had a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks and food cool in the heat of downtown Manhattan. Overall a wonderful stay.

Receptionist team were always smile and make our day delightful. I loved Martin's beautiful smile and calm and welcoming face. They provided everything we asked for. We'll be back soon! Nothing to mention.

Not the hotels fault but there was construction going on right in front of the building made it a little difficult

We stay for one night the room was clean staff we didn’t interact to much the only thing that bothered us was the white noise from the ac , but overall I recommend the stay if you have business in the financial district.
