Room was small but Cody. Can’t expect much better in the downtown area. The bar was very nice, good place to meet. Good stay overall

I know this hotel, therefore there was no surprise. The staff was as polite and helpful as I remembered it to be. I would return. Typically a business hotel. The hotel is aging a bit, especially the room bathrooms. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs some extra effort from housekeeping. Nothing dramatic, but requires attention.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We traveled with another couple and requested that our rooms be near each other and they honored that request.

Our family were visiting NYC and stayed at this hotel. Hotel location is really convenient and within walking distance to many must-see attractions such as Wall Street, Ferry to the Statute of Liberty, Ground Zero, etc. The hotel room is super clean and the hotel staff are super nice and helpful.

Took the family to NYC for the weekend and really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The NYC Ferry is a fun, inexpensive way to see the city and a great alternative to the subway or taking a cab.

Very nice and clean room. House keeping is excellent. Pleasant staff at the desk. Excellent location for downtown manhattan, near the pier for a nice evening walk. No way to switch lights at the desk on/off from the bed or hallway. Not a big problem but for the price that would be nice. Sometimes a grumpy breakfast host but maybe thats just the New York touch ;-)
