AC Hotel by Marriott New York Downtown

Close to our events very happy with the property. Would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was okay, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. There was a wrapper left on the floor from a previous guest, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We also couldn’t open the balcony door, which was disappointing. In addition, no one informed us that breakfast was included with our stay, so we missed out on that amenity. Overall, the experience was decent, but I believe better attention to cleanliness, room maintenance, and communication would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

We stayed over the 4th of July and could not be happier. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Will be back next year and all future stays.

The rooms were very spacious for NYC and quite clean. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The only inconvenience was that housekeeping came so late, around 6 pm.

Everything was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful. The door man sensed what I needed assistance with before I even voiced it. I will absolutely be back

The room was good but could have been cleaned better. Crumbs from some food were still there after housekeeping came. Shower floor wasn’t cleaned both days. Room was either to cold or too hot.

Staff was very helpful! The room was clean and a perfect amount of towels. The hotel sits in a perfect location.

The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk.

I enjoyed my time here. The view of the river and the buildings surrounding the hotel was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I would stay here again.

Overall great experience, clean, friendly and professional staff. The hotel restaurant was great with a wide variety. Housekeeping did a great job and the front desk was excellent. I would definitely book this hotel in the future.

The shower was not very clean. There were two shower heads and we couldn't use the handheld spray because it was a little slimy and moldy. Room was kind of small for 3 people just because of there is nowhere to keep suitcases. I will say bed and pillows were really comfortable. Staff seemed confused but I think some of them were training

it was a cute room! i snagged a water view so that was a plus!

We arrived after midnight and bathroom was absolutely filthy. Had to change rooms at 1am which was less than ideal. Second room was clean but the entire situation ruined the experience. Elevators were also slow.

Clean, safe, convenient location. Would recommend it 100%. This was our first trip to NYC and it was amazing!
